I needed 6 glass tabletops made. I brought in the tabletops as the template but they still measured each piece and sought my input when there was a weird in between measurement. They made it on site and it was ready the next day. Each piece was perfect and delivered exactly what I wanted. I would use them again if I ever need some glass work.

Been doing business with arrow for 30 years for our commercial glass needs. Arrow knows their trade inside and out. Just had a huge sheet of glass replaced by Dave and his crew. They were fast, clean, professional and did it right the first time. Do I like paying thousands of dollars to replace a piece of glass? No, but I want it fixed by real glass professionals. Arrow glass is great company!

Unreliable, uncommunicative, and unprofessional. Arrow Glass cost me $2000 in wasted time on a rental property that I couldn't list because of their carelessness. Back in November, we ordered new closet doors from them to be installed in the hallway closet of a condo that we were going to rent out after moving to Los Angeles. Installer came, took measurements, and left without a hitch. Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there. First, they grossly underestimated the delivery time of the closet doors. My husband and I drove from LA to the Bay Area to meet the installer before handing the condo keys off to our property manager. We were told that the doors would arrive in mid-December, and planned our trip for the first week of January to give some buffer time. We didn't hear back from Arrow Glass at all in the weeks before January. When I reached out for an update, I was told that the doors were delayed but would arrive the week we were in the Bay Area. I was relieved we had delayed our trip, and scheduled an 8am installation for that Friday. The afternoon before the installation appointment, I called Arrow Glass to make sure the doors had arrived. They hadn't. No one had contacted me; if I hadn't reached out, I would've waited at the condo for an installer who would never show up. My husband and I had to return to LA for work the next week, so we left the closet door installation in the hands of our new property manager. She left our keys in a lockbox for the installer, who quietly picked them up and neglected to return them after the job was done. Arrow Glass was unreachable by phone over the long weekend for MLK Day, during which our poor property manager was extremely anxious about the missing keys. I've added a screenshot of a nonsensical, canned response from Ona, their office assistant(?), when I checked in via email. The keys were finally returned on Tuesday after I called them first thing in the morning. Arrow Glass promised to send photos of the closet once it was complete. I heard nothing from them, but assumed everything was okay. A week after the installation, my property manager called and said they had installed the doors on the WRONG CLOSET. I don't understand how this happened; the installer literally came and took measurements of the right one, so he must have known which one it was. Even if he forgot, the two closets are completely different widths. There's a big dresser in the wrong closet that can't open with a door in front of it. The whole situation was completely inane. At this point, we'd already delayed renting out the condo for 3 weeks, and I needed the doors installed in the right place ASAP. I asked our property manager to get a handyman to remove and reinstall the doors, and now she also needs to fix the flooring, drywall, and paint that were damaged from the first installation. Never working with Arrow Glass again. I want to support small businesses whenever possible, but this whole thing was just ridiculous. They made an easy job extremely stressful and costly.

If you have the vintage steel windows, this is the company you want to call. Our home is 80 years old. Mike, from Arrow Glass, has done top quality work on repeated visits spanning a number of years. He has repaired glass at ground level and on the second story - both standing on a roof and working on a ladder. Today he replaced three panes in our living room with tempered glass. Great work, carefully done. I notice that the only review of less than 5 stars was someone who adid not ask how much the work would be before it was done. We got a bid and were happy to pay that amount for quality reliable work.

Arrow Glass was able to get me custom Made tempered glass within 4 business days when all other glass stores reported ten days. They saved me in a crunch and were friendly and efficient.

Arrow Glass came to replace a broken window at our house. They answered my call right away, gave me an estimate over the phone (and the actual repair was $60 less!), and were out to fix the window within a day. They were on time for the appointment and did a fantastic job. Amazing service, nice people, super fast, responsive and very affordable. A wonderful local business. Highly recommend.

Good Service. Reliable. Expensive. Be aware of $160/hour labor. I had a window fixed by UC Glass before and was happy with its service. When I contacted them this time, Arrow Glass performed the window glass replacement for us bit I wasn't aware that that prices have changed so much.

Had a broken single paned window, called up Arrow Glass and got an appointment booked easily. Sergio came right at the appointed time, fixed the window, charged us less than what I'd been quoted by a different company. Easy peasy and the window looks great. Highly recommend Arrow Glass!

Super responsive & great result! Ask for Sergio. His work is tremendous. He repaired broken glass from a pane in a door panel without any impact to the surrounding wood and paint. The repair was flawless - and took only about 30 minutes. Skillful professionals, simple & straight-forward appointment and process. Highly recommend!

Super quick and accommodating. Zipper fast and quality work. The guy who came to my house was very professional and thoughtful. Mostly though as long as they do a good job I'm not that picky, but again they were fabulous!

I've used Arrow Glass a couple of times to replace windows at my bakery. The building is old and the windows are not in the best of shape, and the repair person from Arrow took the time to really do it right without damaging the frame. Recently, the large pane of glass in our front door was broken through random vandalism, and the person from Arrow did a great job of preserving the custom wood stops on this expensive door. They also did an awesome job of protecting the floor and surrounding area during the repair and cleaning up the space afterward. I've had several good experiences with them, and they will be my first call if I ever need a window replaced again.

Talk about going above and beyond!!! Jim from Arrow Glass came over to fix a door shade. Turns out they don't do this. With most companies that would have been the end of that: sorry, good bye, have a nice day. Instead Jim pictures of the relevant number codes and promised to find us someone who can help. And sure enough, someone from Arrow Glass called us back -- that same afternoon --, with a referral. Impressive customer focus and professionalism! Thank you Arrow Glass!
