“I pulled up unannounced no appointment after going to two different places first and was greeted by RJ he was the only one out of all three shops that actually came out and talk to me and asked me what was happening. He made it easy and convenient for me to drop my car off the next morning and called me at work and told me what was going on and fixed it. Excellent service excellent work, highly recommend”

A bit of a ride for me, but easy to set up an appt, Thames is great & he explains everything in detail, answers my questions, kept me looped in as work progressed, confirmed whether additional time/work was necessary & why, and finished in a timely manner.They go the extra mile to make sure my bike is in good operations shape & the cost is fair. “Initial communication was through Yelp's "Get Pricing" quote. Sokol responded within 48 hrs. Which was a plus! First time taking my car in for service in SF, due to a change of ownership to the last place I usually take my car to. (It was in the East Bay) I came across this business through searching on Yelp. I feel like his quote was reasonable. Came in for motor oil & break fluid maintenance. Dropped my car off at 10:30am & got my car back at 4:30pm the same day! I also like that Sokol provides a list of detailed recommendations/reminders, because I'm definitely not a car person. lol. Thanks Sokol!”

“Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

“Incredible service. I needed my car to be jumped to get it to the shop to fix. Had to do it twice because the battery was so old that even after 30 minutes it didn't hold the charge after I turned it off. the owner could tell I was nervous and knew nothing about cars based on my ignorant questions. He was empathetic and Even after I paid he texted to check in on me and make sure that I made it to the shop without issues. It's the small things that matter.”

“This location is great. Got into an accident and with my insurance agent recommendation, had my vehicle repaired here. Made an appointment with Terry the front desk representative to walk through and hand over my keys to Francis who was my vehicles point of contact. Both of them was professional and easy to talk to and when it came to an issue, Francis didn't shy away from taking care of it right away. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. The only little trouble was, the people behind the counter, if you can ignore their pillow talk then all will go well, other than that, thank you to Terry, Francis and the Techs that took care of my vehicle and put it back together better than ever. “I had an abandoned car deep in my yard. Jim sent someone to tow it away the 2nd day for free, while no one else is interested in helping. The tow truck driver he sent is really nice too, with a big smile on his face and moved his tow truck in all kinds of position and finally got it out. He got some serious skills!”

“No fun having to get your car repaired but Fix Auto Divisadero made it a very good experience. A quick, thorough inspection (even suggested I wait in Starbucks across the street. Thoughtful). Called me just over 30 minutes in, then explained what they found, saw, expected in terms of overall repairs and costs, explained that there may be hidden damage and then provided cost and repair time estimates. I gave the go ahead. It did go a little beyond both ways but they were so good about keeping me informed and in the end, it was a reasonable wait and my car looks like new. Highly recommended!”

“I was stranded in Santa Rosa when, unexpectedly, there was an ABCmalfunction as indicated on the dash display, and my car's steering was disabled. It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude.
