Target, a popular retail chain, offers a mixed shopping experience for its customers. While the store boasts a better atmosphere compared to other Target locations in the Bay Area, it faces some challenges in terms of staffing and customer service. The store is generally well-organized, with a good selection of products and reasonable grocery options. Customers appreciate the competitive prices and friendly pharmacy staff, though they wish the pharmacy had longer operating hours. However, the two-story layout can feel more compact, leading to a smaller variety of merchandise compared to larger Target stores. One of the main issues reported is the lack of available employees, particularly during busy periods. Customers have experienced long wait times at the dressing rooms and difficulty finding assistance when needed. The new security doors have also increased wait times, with some customers feeling that the store is not adequately stocked with staff to handle the additional security measures. Despite these challenges, the store maintains a generally positive atmosphere, and customers find it convenient for their shopping needs. With better staffing and a more efficient customer service approach, Target could further improve the overall shopping experience for its customers.
One of the few two-story Target stores. Parking is a bit limited.

You don’t have enough people which I don’t think it’s targets fault but at the dressing room we waited 20 minutes and several women left. They’ll try and close it behind so that’s a loss of revenue.

I love the drive up delivery. This is my favorite Target.
