I received the most horrible customer service here. The attendant accused me of pumping the gas the wrong way when the pump payment system was shutting down on me. He was rude and yelled at me and belittled me.

PRICE GAUGING BEWARE: This place will has faulty pumps and will over charge you on gas and when asked about the price gauging they play the dumb card and wouldnt give me money back. I was charged $100 for a quarter tank of gas and have all the proof. I had to go and call the cops. Be careful if you give this place your credit card they will over bill and do nothing about it. I have made a report to various organizations to try and hopefully get this place to fix their faulty equipment. Just be careful Ill never be spending my money their again, especially when its cheaper gas across the street.

I am being tortured and abused at this gas station. There's a old lady in her '70s that keeps calling me profanity names, and she talked about my truck really bad. She looks down on me and treats me like a piece of trash. I'm reporting this to the main corporation and the Albany Police. They don't want me to get gas or air. They treat me really really bad and believe me I will have something done about it.

Clean & pleasant station, plenty of light that floods the area, cashiers are friendly, helpful with questions but....WE LOVE THE VISITS FROM THE TURKEYS❗️? ?

State of California made it a state law that all service of gas stations provide free air n water and it was posted and the lady behind the counter told me $1.00 and I told her it's suppose to be free. She wanted to argue and she tells me where's your receipt. Whether I purchased anything or not it's free well she will be reported! Never will I get gas car wash at this station. Bad attitude all around!!

The one star is because they're vacuums actually work but the guy that works graveyards is extremely rude after spending $4 in quarters that I brought with me in their vacuum I politely asked him to purchase more quarters so I could again use his vacuum, I asked for three dollars he said no that I can have one.i told him that it cost two to even start the vacuum. He would only give me $2. Rudest guy ever!! Then, pafter I was finished I was putting my car back together and about 5 minutes later he looked at me and said " you! leave now, move your car and go! Now, there is nobody else there I was not in the way if I was I could see that, he was just being rude if you're looking to build business you're probably need to get better employees.

I had a terrible migraine headache. I was sitting for a few minutes before pumping my gas when the attendant came out to tell me I needed to move along because somebody else wanted to use my pump. There was another pump free. He had a problem with me being there. I told her I was about toPump my gas and explained I'd gotten sick and she treated me like a criminal. She says I wasn't a customer. I'd gone here several times. I guess that's what they do to black people. I made myself pay and told her my money was green as his. I will never return here. She tried to say it wasn't her but she listened to the racist over me.

I would give this place no stars this gas station is horrible they charge you a dollar for air really? And when you try to buy something to get some air they tell you the store is close when In reality is 24 hours and oh yea they over charge for gas!! Look around and the chevron station just down the street are always a whole dollar cheaper! Don't go to this gas station is garbage and so are the employees smh horrible to have something like this in Albany

Boycott this place. They don't let paying customers use the bathroom. They lie and say it isn't working. When it is.The gas is almost 7.00 a gallon here! Don't bother unless you really need the gas. Even then I wouldn't. They are crooks at this station!! To the managers of this station. Let your paying customers use your bathroom. I'm not getting gas here because of no bathroom use . A paying customers should be able to use your bathroom. If it truly isn't working then FIX IT!!!

Ok this place drives me crazy, I’m a vaper. I like flum. This is one of the places that Cary it and they are open 24 hrs. Why is it only the day people can sell it? I do not get this. Night folks can sometime sell it but others cannot. Flum. Put it all I n your system!! I told a guy tonight, I tots understand that you can’t sell it to me since you cannot scan it . Can you tell you boss so he can put it in the system for the next time? He said no. So I Don’t know what’s going on there. This place is pure crazy. If you are the boss seeing this. Put all of the flum in the system and tell your employees!! Ridiculous
