I have only appreciation and admiration for Jeanette at Royal cleaners! It was always my dream to wear my mother's wedding dress at my own wedding. I came to her with my mom's wedding dress from the 1980s and asked her to help me modernize it by taking off the (rather puffy) sleeves and altering the waist. She put so much care and attention into renovating the gown and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Jeanette very innovatively took the large silk bow and turned it into a tie up the back. All her idea. She removed the sleeves so perfectly it looked like the dress had always meant to be sleeveless. She even modified the neckline and worked with the fragile lace to make sure everything laid properly. Jeanette went above and beyond for me -- she even added back in the bustle so I could walk and move in the gown more easily. I was back and forth at Royal's many many times over several months to try on the dress, give Jeanette feedback, check on it, etc. It was a collaborative process and when the dress was basically finished, I cried, and so did Jeanette :) I so appreciated her attention to detail and understanding of the sentimentality of wearing my mother's dress. I highly recommend other brides looking to re-work a vintage dress to go see Jeanette! She will help make your vision a reality. Thank you so much, Jeanette!

I brought a wedding gown here for dry cleaning and was satisfied with the result. FYI the wedding gown was relatively clean even before the cleaning; no noticeable stains except for the lace of the train at touched the ground, part of which turned grayish after 1-2 hours of indoor wearing. After the dry cleaning, the grayish lace became decently white again. Customer experience was good. Sally was approachable and efficient.

I left my wind breaker to get pockets added since I needed a place to keep my hands warm. I'm glad Jeanette took time to look over my jacket and make sure I really wanted to add pockets since it is a really expensive jacket. She didn't recommend pockets if I wanted to keep the jacket's integrity together, but I was in it for practicality. I just needed a place to keep my hands warm! The pockets look great as they match the aesthetic on the outside and it looks natural. The hours didn't line up with my hours, but I called on the phone and we worked it out without even seeing each other. I'd like to shake her hand for her work, but this is all I can do for now.

Thank you, Royal Cleaners! Not only do they do a great job with dry cleaning, they do excellent tailoring and repair work. I buy a lot of vintage clothing and they have worked miracles on some seriously damaged clothing. Thanks again for the excellent customer service!

Royal Cleaners is awesome! I can't thank them enough for patching and re-stitching my camouflage shorts to make it look and feel brand new. I have used several dry cleaners in Solano County and Marin County, but NOTHING comes remotely close to the service , attention to detail, and overall looking good. It's really hard to find an alternative to clothing you really like without actually getting rid of it. You like the feel, the way it looks, and when you try something new on, it just doesn't fit. I hate to say it, but Marin county being marin county, attempted to re-sew or re-stitch my shorts, but failed miserably with yet another tear! I will be recommending my friends and family to this family owned small business. Besides! support small business in the pandemic right?!? Thanks again Royal Cleaners!

Royal Cleaners gets 1 star because they tore my suit in not one but two places. Pictures are attached. These tears were absolutely not there when I turned the suit in; in fact, I'd worn it just once-to my wedding a few months before-and it was in just as good a shape as it was the day I bought it. Maybe you'll have one of the 5-star experiences some have had here. Maybe they'll tear your suit. Don't take the risk.

I love this cleaners. I've used this cleaner for several years but i keep going back because of the quality of their service. And the icing on the cake is Jeannette, who is always there with a friendly smile in her face and exceptional customer service. You can't go wrong with the quality and friendly service you get from Royal Cleaners.

This place is awesome! Jeanette is so friendly and always asks me how work is going. I bring in items I want tailored for me, and Jeanette makes my visions come true; she even made me a mask out of excess fabric from something I needed hemmed. The only place I go to!

I am so grateful for Jeannette and Royal Cleaners! I only trust her with my clothes. Not only is she careful about my delicates but she is super nice and always asks how I'm doing. I also got a chance to purchase masks (pictured here) that she made herself! Highly recommend :)
