It was the worst experience ever don’t buy a car from these people to find out that the gas gauge never worked I talked to the owner about it and he told me it was a fuel level sensor I went out and bought it took it to the mechanic and they told me that the whole fuel pump needed to be replaced and I went to get a oil change and they informed me that there was no cabin air filter or a air filter in the car at that time I talked to the owner about it . It seem like he didn’t even care I would not buy a car from them again update the car wont turn on it had cut off on me on the freeway the owner is not doing anything about it and I’m having to come out of pocket for everything I would not buy a car from them they are shady

The Owner Had The Absolute Best Customer Service, He Was Really Helpful With All My Questions & Concerns, So Far My Car Has Been Working & Running Really Great, I Went And Got A Second Opinion And Everything That The Owner Told Me Was Actually Correct, I Have Bought Many Cars That Were Lemons, Happy To Have Finally Found The Car Of My Dreams

I had the opportunity to meet the owner of privilege motors at my place of business. We had a short conversation which was a positive interaction. He was very personable and I happened to be in the market for a car. Because of the way we interacted I decided to reach out to him. He had a nice selection of various vehicles. I was impressed by the price quality and mileage on the Audi Q5 I purchased from him. What I really respect about the way he does business is that he keeps his words and communicates well. I recommend anybody purchase the car from him.

It seems no matter how much you try to trust a business it never goes well , I bought a car with a bundle of issues and the guy’s excuse was it’s a old car… he fails to admit when he is wrong , I tried to call before he shut me down and did not make any attempt to help me , After Seeing a review I posted which is not visible for me no more he contacted me in a attempt to have it taken down .:.. he even went as far as to try to pay for one portion of what it costs to fix one issue on the car and to me he just wants to pay me to take the review down… It seems there are a lot of excuses he comes up with. He denies there is anything wrong with the cars he sells, maybe not all but most have issues and he claims he had the car looked at and to this day I believe that to be false. Also to note he gave me a response before and half of the things were not true

It was a pleasant experience doing business with Marcus. he was very understanding, willing to listen and work it out with us on such an awesome deal. Glad that we chose Priviledge Motors, keep up the good work guys.
