Here's the deal, I don't know if someone closed the store or parents got stuck in Thailand . Hasn't answered phone. In 2 weeks or open when I go by . I hope and pray they are ok .Great store and great family

Best Thai store in the Bay Area. You can find small Thai things that you can't find in other stores. This Thai store is mostly geared towards selling traditional Thai items, but if you are American and want to immerse yourself with a little bit of Thai culture or a simple souvenir, you can find it here. Otops Thai has been awesome for over well over 20 years and this review is long over due. Otops Thai continue to do an amazing job at bringing Thai culture and products to the Bay Area. Their products are genuine and their prices are reasonable, especially considering that they had to bring everything from 8,000 miles away in Thailand. I especially enjoy their toy thiong (medicinal ointment) and their herbal balms. Stop by and make Thailand part of your life. You will be happy you did. Sawadee Khrop.

Unique Yhai items temples and paintings of the King and even incense comes and sticks and many handmade pieces. Also some habanero items as well

We outfitted our second spa with authentic pieces from this wonderful shop in Albany. The owners are THAI and extremely helpful. They certainly appreciate the art of negotiation ‼

I've been there last week to buy a few Thai things. This is a family-owned business and there were a lot of Thai artifacts on display at very reasonable prices. I purchased some Thai Balm and a colorful hand-painted turtle from Steve. Great store and will come back again to buy more stuff!
