“Justin was great. I walk in with my wife's Verizon burner, a new unlocked Moto G (I think), my own AT&T iPhone 6, a couple scraps of paper with phone numbers, pin numbers and account details, and absolutely zero knowledge of what I'm doing. Within a few minutes he was able to tell me that what I was looking to do was get a sim card for the new phone. He does some stuff and asks me a bunch of simple questions. I don't have the answer to some of them, so I call the people who know on my working phone. Justin is very patient through all of this. Then he tries to figure out the Verizon account number so my wife's mobile number stays the same, which turns out to be more challenging than he expected. I am very patient through that process, and used the time to take a couple pictures in the store and screw around on Instagram. I was just glad that the missus would no longer want to borrow my phone for streaming Pandora on her runs. Long story short, like magic, I walk out of there with two modern working phones. Part of me wanted to snap the burner in half and throw it into trash. That would be badass, but I think there may still be pictures of my daughter on that thing, so I just put it in my pocket and got a celebratory frappuccino at Starbucks. Don't judge me. I mean, what else are you going to do at the mall?”

“Came in with a clogged charging port (that I unsuccessfully tried to clean myself). Sam cleaned out the port in 5 minutes and the cable/port fit is like new. He wouldn't let me pay for the service. I'm happy to have them in the neighborhood.”

“So I visited world phones twice now - 1st Time my phone was smashed to pieces and Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - amazing!!! 2nd time. my phone went swimming for a couple hours and again Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - incredible!! “Elbert was on the pricier side of what I saw quoted, but it's hard to overstate how great this was. My phone was extremely dead, and not only did Elbert fix it, but he was done within a couple of hours with a major repair.As I said, it was a little pricy but it was well worth it. everywhere else talked about several days to fix, while Elbert got it done in a few hours. And he picked it up and dropped it off.10/10, while I hope I never need his services again, he's going to be my first choice.”

“The manager of this AT&T authorized retailer store, Alex, is incredible. I had a complex billing issue related to my switching my cell phone account from personal to corporate and back to personal (all with AT&T) only to leave and take my number to Verizon. Even though I no longer am an AT&T customer, he went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, which included making a couple calls to corporate, and I left having my issue fully and fairly resolved. He made the choice to help me when he didn't have to, since this isn't a corporate store, and I can't speak highly enough of Alex's professionalism and kind heart. This experience has me second guessing my decision to switch to Verizon!”

“Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . He was patient, polite, really helpful and a true example of what good customers service should be like. Thanks for the great service Hamza.”

“This review is a bit late only because I’m not a person to ever leave reviews but i think this girl definitely deserves it. I recently got a new phone with T-Mobile and had the luck of being helped by Jenine and I honestly loved her. She was so kind, helpful and on top of all VERY PATIENT!!. For whatever reason the system messed up when giving me my phone number and it took a whole week for me to be able to get a working phone. Through out that week Jenine would keep me updated and would call every customer service number possible, spending hours on the phone trying to find someone who can help her solve the problem and was even trying to go in on her day off just so i can have a working phone. I would also like to applaud her for dealing with her manager and his rude attitude towards her in front of customers. He speaks to her so rudely and demanding almost yelling, made me kind of uncomfortable. And seems like he’s s too comfortable with it. Anyways this girl needs a raise or something she was the best!”
“I come here to this Target regularly and recently came for a vaccine at the CVS Pharmacy. I was an hour late for my appointment but they did not bat an eye - I was helped immediately and kindly treated. (unlike other CVS locations where you can not hardly get a person's attention behind the counter). Overall, this store is reasonably clean and well stocked. Check-out is always fast. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for no-hassle returns. Parking is abundant and well lit. On another recent trip here a checker told me she recently transferred here from another Target location and was much happier with this one. So, here is a well deserved positive review for our neighborhood, underappreciated Target!”
