“I have worked with 2 practitioners predominantly. 1 as my primary and 1 for when she's not available. I cannot rave about these women enough. I have been made comfortable and listened to. I have received proper diagnosis and medication that has improved the quality of my life dramatically. Their compassion and willingness to listen to the patient, especially as a woman, is outstanding. They have never been dismissive or made me uncomfortable. Their billing department is fantastic as is their nursing team who deal with pharmacy errors and issues. The type of care ranges from ADHD to Primary Care Practices. And they can work with you on things like UTI where you are just miserable and uncomfortable. Without hassle. And you can see your practitioner in various in person locations. I'm in NY. I have Mariya and Christine as my practitioners. They have an incredibly sensitive and caring network that I've been more than pleased with. I cannot rave about this service enough. It's changed my life accessing quality health care from my home!”

“It's my go to for lab work even though I live in Novato. Their system is smooth, they have enough staffing. No appointment needed, it can be busy but not so much that you are there that long. Big plus is that UCSF has your information in their system already and you get the results in "my chart" app as soon as it is in. Their hours are very good too.”

“Sophia, Taliah, Marquis were absolutely amazing. They were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. They used sanitation and made me feel very comfortable about the cleanliness. I have been to over 30 places for background checks and TB for my profession and they all exceeded everything I have experienced. “Have only spoke on phone so can only say the woman I talked with was very nice and answered my questions. Waiting on prescription and will update as to shipping time and quality etc. But for now they seemed nice and professional.Update : received first prescription and was somewhat upset due to minimum cost and barely getting much medication, but im pretty sure they sent mine overnight and they did not mention it. So maybe they did this just to be nice after paying the minimum cost. Was appreciated big time and they did this without any complaints or asking by me. Just placed next refill this past Friday and received email saying will be updated on when is shipped (monday today). Will update as to consistency and relative results with medication relative to other compounding pharmacies used, and regular shipping times once received. But so far seem to be a very professional and helpful business.”

“I personally had a wonderful experience here - the practitioners were very nice, caring, and patient and they did everything very thoroughly. They tried to accommodate everyone even when it is really busy. It is true that you do not physically see a physician, but they do send the documents over to have the physicians review it. Overall, it worked out really well for me, and I personally think the price is reasonable compared to what you'd get at a doctor/physician's office.”

“This was my first visit to the Hercules location of Quest Diagnostics, and I was very happy with it. The check in was accomplished with my smart phone, and I did not have to wait at all. The person who drew my blood did a great job -- no pain. The only negative for this location is that it is not very easy to get there using public transit because the WestCat #15 bus that goes there runs only once every hour on weekdays.”

“Mira was both personable and professional, and her technique was pretty good. She did not palpate my vein again after prepping it (yay!).
The sign-in system was fine for me, but it was a bit confounding for some people standing in line. I couldn't help, as I didn't speak their language.
I forgot to bring my mask from the car, and would have liked to have had an opportunity to get a mask at the lab. I couldn't find any there.
I had an appointment, and I was called in pretty close to my appt time.
All in all, this was a pretty good experience.”
“I had a great experience at this LabCorp location today. Walked in without an appointment on a Friday morning. Kiosk check-in was smooth (ID and medical card get scanned so I didn't have to enter everything manually) then I was called up to the check-in counter within five or ten minutes. Shortly afterwards the lab tech called me and he (Julian? Julius?) was kind and professional. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.”

“Okay, so all the online appointments are taken. Instead, I go early… like around 6:30am-ish. It’s not crowded and the wait isn’t long. Now, several people complain about the Black customer service woman in the front. She and I get along great. All I do is treat her nicely… I tell her, “Good morning…” and she appreciates being appreciated. In return, she does the same with me. Anyway, the lab is convenient. Not too far from my house (a couple miles). Again: go early.”
