Ordered a sympathy bouquet online for same day delivery. Two days later got an email saying "We are unable to do this order still out of town, sorry". I guess they forgot to turn off online ordering while they went on vacation.

Ordered an arrangement online, to be delivered on 17-Dec-23. My credit card was charged but the flowers were never delivered, and I can’t get ahold of anyone (phone goes straight to voicemail). I should’ve done my due diligence and looked at Google & Yelp reviews ahead of time to see this was an issue! I’m frustrated that the shop is clearly not in business but still has an active website that allows purchases, what a scam!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Sunday through BloomNation. It's Monday, the flowers weren't delivered, and the phone number given on the website and here on Yelp is disconnected. I think this shop is no longer in business.

Beware These people are thieves. We ordered 100$ bouquet to be delivered in Berkekey CA on August 7th 2013 nothing has been received yet it is August 9th, even though they mention “delivered” on our orders history account ! They don’t even answer the phone and lied to us saying it would be delivered in an hour on August 7th !Stay away from these people ?

PLS SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet for mother's day. Paid $65, plus tax delivery etc. I asked the dasher to take a pic of the flowers once he picked them up. He sent me a picture and not only was I so disappointed but also embarrassed to have them delivered to my significant other's job for her fellow co-workers to see the bouquet of what looked like weeds. I've never been so disappointed, embarrassed and appalled by a florist till now. I was better off ordering through Safeway. NEVER AGAIN!!

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I purchased flowers for my Great Grandmother on Easter Day for same day delivery and was told they’d be delivered by 6:00PM, by 9:00 that night my grandmother had still not received any flowers! I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for a long time and when they did finally answer the woman had an outrageous attitude and was very rude. I paid $90 and my grandmother never did receive the flowers because the woman told me at 9:30 that she would deliver the flowers “when she could”? So I had to get a refund the next day and my 95 year old grandmother never got anything for Easter because of this. I never got an apology nor any kind of compensation for all this trouble. SAFE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SHOP FROM A DIFFERENT FLORIST!!!

I ordered flowers for my Great Grandmother on Easter day and was told they would be delivered by 6:00. at 9:30 they still hadn't been delivered nor had I heard anything from the shop! When I finally did get ahold of them, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. She never did receive the flowers and I had to get a refund the next day, so I was unable to get my grandmother anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Horrible customer service and terrible time management.

So I give them a 4 star cause they can make beautiful arrangements from what I saw other customers get.However I did an online order and I mentioned some types of flowers I'd like and some colors I'd like in the arrangement.I got just white orchids. For me this felt disappointing cause while orchids were one of the flowers I asked for I wasn't expecting it to be the ONLY flower in my $120 custom arrangement order. It was for the purpose of valintines day and it felt more like a funeral arrangement for me.I do want to state the flowers themselves were lovely and if someone had died I'd have felt nice bringing them to someone who was mourning. And also I saw other people get lovely colorful arrangements. Just for the purpose I requested and the fact I asked for blues and yellows I was not happy with a white orchid arrangement.

Not only were they 2 hours late of my order, but I did not receive what I paid for. What you get is not what they advertise. $130 down the drain. I will never buy from this establishment again.

Demanded money upfront in full for flowers I requested, but did not have them in store for me to view. I would have been fine with a deposit but there's no way I would pay over $200 for flowers I can't see. And on top of that, they say "we cant guarantee the flowers will be the same as what you are requesting". Had bad attitudes and bad customer service. I would never pay so much for flowers and you cant even guarantee that you'll have the flowers for me and they do not even offer refunds if the flowers they give you aren't correct!

Poor presentation, lack of clarity in policies, impatient customer service. Very few flowers or arrangements on display and you cannot enter the shop to get a good look. The florist started helpful, but became irate when asked questions about pricing, alternatives to flowers, and flower identification. She said she could order the flowers because she didn't have any in stock (surprise, surprise) but refused to order the flowers without a full no-cash payment upfront. There were no signs or any indication that cash payments would not be accepted, I feel like the implication was that she made this decision based on judgement. Of age? Color? The audacity of a customer to ask about policies on products and services? Suddenly, when I ask what the policy was is a customer is unsatisfied with flowers (or any product) that she demands full payment for upfront - oh she didn't want to do business anymore and walks away. Completely unprofessional. How dare a paying customer want to know there options before making a purchase! Go here if you want to give money to a terse, judgmental person who can't handle exercising a modicum of patience. I'll take my money to a friendlier, more customer service oriented business that allows me to see at least a sample of what I want to buy.

beautiful selection of flowers. they have a really wide range of flowers. the shop owner is knowledgeable about flower names, what goes together, and has a lot of experience with arranging flowers for different occasions. I look forward to going back :)
