500 San Pablo Ave, Albany“This appointment was for an annual wellness exam. Dr. Nebenzahl was very patient and unhurried in going over my medical issues and making helpful recommendations. She also had me take some blood tests to uncover issues that a physical exam can't. Dr. Nebenzahl is my Primary Care Physician and I give her the highest marks.”
“Dr. Dolhun has been my doctor for 6years now! He was the only physician I trusted since I moved to San Francisco from Boston. He is professional, while also being approachable.I’m never afraid to come to him directly with any health concerns I have. Dr. Dolhun always takes his time. During the pandemic, I was sick and he went out of his way by delivering my prescription.Dr. Dolhun has an extensive network of doctors and continues to connect me with the top Specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Dolhun.”
“Great service. Everyone was helpful and concerned. They did lab tests and made notes available to my PCP. Could not ask for a better or more convenient urgent care service”

5855 Doyle St STE 110, Emeryville“Met Dr. Littlejohn when he was over with Dr. Stephen Sommer's medical practice on Piedmont Avenue. He was one of the better doctors in that practice. Glad to know he is back. Nothing has changed. Very personable. Spends a lot of time knowing you as a patient, while addressing each and every one of your medical concerns. Good and helpful support staff. Office has a simple-to-navigate online patient portal, and he is one of the few medical professionals with 'lived experiences.' A good partner in health.”

333 1st St #A, San Francisco“I have worked with 2 practitioners predominantly. 1 as my primary and 1 for when she's not available. I cannot rave about these women enough. I have been made comfortable and listened to. I have received proper diagnosis and medication that has improved the quality of my life dramatically. Their compassion and willingness to listen to the patient, especially as a woman, is outstanding. They have never been dismissive or made me uncomfortable. Their billing department is fantastic as is their nursing team who deal with pharmacy errors and issues. The type of care ranges from ADHD to Primary Care Practices. And they can work with you on things like UTI where you are just miserable and uncomfortable. Without hassle. And you can see your practitioner in various in person locations. I'm in NY. I have Mariya and Christine as my practitioners. They have an incredibly sensitive and caring network that I've been more than pleased with. I cannot rave about this service enough. It's changed my life accessing quality health care from my home!”

490 Post St #900, San Francisco“Dr. Batlle was amazing. I was away from home, but needed a doctor and feel incredibly lucky she was available. It was just by chance that I found her, but next time I happen to need a doctor in San Francisco I will definitely be making an appointment with her. She's smart, funny, and compassionate. The entire office staff was nice and I would recommend this place to anyone!”
“By far the best primary care doctor I've been to. Dr. Jackson understands the "care" in health and carefully takes time with me during sessions-- and most of all listens. I feel valued as a patient with the ability to make decisions about my health together. He not only asks about physical health but mental and social well being. I've worked and studied health health care yet rarely see physicians provide the great care, connection and listens the way that Dr. Jackson provides. I'd highly recommend if you're searching for a provider in the Bay Area.”

818 Webster St, Oakland“I grew up going to this medical center. The primary care physicians are very warm and welcoming. There are multiple floors that handle different age groups too. Many of the workers can speak English along with Mandarin and Cantonese.”
“First experience with David Bowden (and One Medical), and it has been great. David has taken the time to listen to me and took care of all my concerns. He's elaborated and explained to me a clear plan on how to deal with my medical issue. I left the office feeling that I am in good hands.”
“There isn’t enough room here for the praise that I have for Dr. Goo. She is one of the Best doctors, and there has only been two for me, that are exceptional in their practice!! She has genuine care for her patients, along with her awesome MA, Armi. I love them both!!”
8AM - 5PM
2636 Telegraph Ave, Berkeley“I have recently visited the center for my IRCC medical evaluation. Excellent reception service, wonderful and friendly nursing staff, efficient and knowledgeable doctor’s evaluation. Above all timely report of my evaluation to the IRCC. Thank you all! I strongly recommend this center!”
“Best phlebotomist I’ve been to! As someone who has had a lot of blood draws(cancer survivor), Sophie “angle fingers” was incredible at her job. Painless and quick experience, thank you!”
“Definitely the best doctor I have ever had! Dr. Tsao has gone above and beyond to give me excellent treatment over the last few years. She's helped treat an assortment of ailments, has never been judgmental and always excited to help.”

101 8th St, Oakland“Another year of excellent care from Asian Health Services. I have mostly seen two doctors, Dr. Tran and Dr. Fong, but everyone else here I've come in contact with, from nurses to a social worker to administrative staff, has been conscientious and competent. Asian Health Services is an exceptionally well-run organization.”
“I found this place when I worked for a company that sponsored memberships for employees, and it was a godsend for me during the pandemic. The staff and my Dr. were very trans aware, and I felt that my needs were always addressed. It's one of the most lgbtq-friendly offices I've ever been to, and yes that's not the norm even in the Bay Area. My team always had my back when it came to getting prescriptions filled when there were issues between the pharmacy and my insurance (a common experience regardless of insurance type for hormones). Having a Dr and staff understand that struggle was a sigh of relief. I was always able to get appointments for Covid tests. They went above and beyond making sure patients were safe during the pandemic, and especially before vaccines were available. Plenty of hand sanitizer, mask mandates, high quality air filters and a staff that made sure there were not too many people in the waiting room.I see bad reviews for this company, and honestly it comes down to blaming them for poor insurance company policies, or for other things beyond their control. Every medical office had long wait times to be seen during Covid. We had a medical worker shortage and an increase in people needing medical services. Did you watch the news people?”
8AM - 5:30PM
3850 Grand Ave, Oakland“You can always inquire about pricing if you want to know what to expect. Some insurance plan will have copay so it might just cost you $20< per visit. They are very responsive with in app messages. Usually I can get prescriptions/ questions answered without scheduling an appointment.Service is really nice and efficient. No long wait. Highly recommended”
“I recently changed jobs so my insurance also changed as well. It was definitely quite a change considering I had Kaiser established for quite a few years and to go back out to a PPO, was definitely a challenge as it took months out to be seen as a new patient with Stanford Healthcare just to establish myself into the Network which means my whole family would have to go through the rigamarole. In any event, I was placed on the wait list for cancellations as my originally scheduled appt was in January 2023 and I called for an appt back in July. Crazy, I know but as they have availability, they would send you an email and I suppose it's first come first serve as there have been times in which I responded and the new date was no longer available.I did, however, get seen in October with Dr Khullar as I made my way from Oakland to Pinole. It wasn't terrible but was hoping for something closer to Oakland. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised as how quickly I was seen and just how friendly and pleasant everyone was from the front desk, Medical Assistant, the Doctor and even the lady at the Check Out counter. Overall, I had a great experience as a new patient and actually considering keeping her.”
8AM - 5PM
180 Sutter St, San Francisco“Very happy with the quality of care and experience at Forward. I have been a member for about 6 months now, it's convenient, professional, pleasant, forward thinking. I am very satisfied with my experience at Forward. I did not show up without health issues, I had just recently suffered my 4th head injury, my neurochemistry was a mess, my ADHD symptoms were through the roof, I had never treated it before, and it was debilitating. Rapid firing of discontinued thoughts to where I couldn't initiate an action. It was horrible! With increased head injuries, as with ADHD, one runs a higher risk of developing Parkinson's and Alzheimer's down the line. I wanted a forward-thinking, preventative solution. Forward was it. Got my medical genetic assessment, they helped refer me to a psychiatrist. i was calling around, nobody was taking patients, I was desperate, Forward helped me get the care that I needed. They handled my vaccinations, got me on a program for heart health, since I have a genetic predisposition. Yes Forward delivering on the intention and promise! Preventative medicine makes sense! I'm grateful that someone is prioritizing it Stateside, instead of only cashing in on the sickness. I like Forward!”
8AM - 5:30PM
1801 Shattuck Ave. suite a, Berkeley“They should call it FIVE Medical, as they are 5+ stars!! Great service. I see most of the bad reviews here are complaining about the annual fee because they don't understand how one medical works. I have been with One Medical for 10+ years and the annual fee is a FANTASTIC investment. I have always been seen EXACTLY on time for EVERY doctor appointment at EVERY location. How many other doctor's offices can you say that for? Also that annual fee covers a lot of extra services and fantastic customer service (appointments, quick prescription refills, super easy labs, virtual care, etc). I've never not been able to make a same-day appt in a pinch (may have to go to another local location). It feels like a whole medical army has my back. Specific to the Berkeley location, I have been seeing Jess Pinder for my primary care for several years now and he is fantastic. I started seeing him in one of the SF offices and since he transferred to Berkeley when it opened, I have been commuting over the bridge to see him. They also support zoom appointments which has been a huge time saver as well. 10/10 highly recommend.”

3075 Adeline St Suite 205, Berkeley“I've only had great experiences here. When I needed to walk in for lab tests being done I only had to wait max 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly and service is quick. Would recommend!”
“Very kind, attentive, and thorough - front desk, PAs, nurses, and doctors. If you want a physician that listens and takes you seriously, I highly recommend Grace Mitchell.”
8AM - 5PM
5915B Hollis St, Emeryville“So many people in the medical field have experienced Covid burnout. I would give them a pass. In any case I had a really good experience here both when scheduling an urgent care appointment and in how I was treated.”
“Today was my first visit and I feel relieved to have found a PCP I want to keep! Tinebeta Mekonnen is who I have been searching for! She is knowledgable but down to earth, took her time, truly listened and was easy to talk to and empathetic. I love her! Her assistant Gerri was also lovely as was everyone I encountered at this clinic, even the security guy at the entrance greeted me pleasantly. I know I am lucky to have it but navigating healthcare has can be so frustrating sometimes--my experience at SEBF was easy and pleasant and I'm glad to have found it and Tinebeta!”
