They're the best CVS and the pharmacist is a lovely person and staunch patient advocate.

across Google © CVS pharmacy on Solano Ave in Albany, CA is very good due to the Pharmacists Deena, Farine, and technicians Anna and Saba. They go above and beyond to help you get things right with your prescriptions. They are so busy and it's a very stressful occupation. They deal with stress very well and I'm very grateful they work there. They are very hard working, and kind which is a great trait. Again the CVS Pharmacy on Solano Ave in Albany, CA is great. Pharmacists Farin, Dina and Technicians Saba and Anna were able to fix my problem. They have great social skills and know how to handle stress. I respect these hardworking and dedicated people. Though I've had a few issues with my medications at this pharmacy (one was a billing issue which they fixed), I STILL prefer it over Walgreens and other stand alone CVS. Why? Because they fill up my meds quickly and they have in in stock. Since it is a small pharmacy there can be a line, but so far I've always come either first or second. Next time, I'm thinking of having my meds delivered.

CVS at Target on Eastshore Hwy go above on beyond service. I have had an issue with my medication twice in the past month. And both times this pharmacy has found solutions. This is my go to pharmacy from now on. So grateful!

This is the best pharmacy EVER. We are all so used to corporate pharmacies being lame - CVS 17044 is the exception to this, in every way. The staff is ridiculously good at their jobs, and they have helped me sort out insurance nonsense and get in touch with doctors more times than I can count.I have been coming here for over ten years and the service has been consistently wonderful. There are two other CVS stores within walking distance of my house - one literally across the street - and I make the trip to CVS 17044 because it is that much better. If you are in the CVS system and in the East Bay, give them a try. Being inside Target instead of a CVS drug store you get dedicated service from the staff; rather than them being constantly overworked and under-resourced, as most CVS stores are. Plus Target is right there for your other consumer needs!

Kudos to pharmacist Mr Fong who helped me transfer my prescription from Seattle by patiently staying on the line calling them for 2.5 hours!! Staff here are very friendly and helpful!

CVS has been charging me ~$5.50 on a monthly basis for an extended period of time and I just now noticed. Apparently when a person agrees to getting a CBS card, you agree to a monthly fee as well. I should have noticed the monthly charge so it's my fault too, but this feels sleazy. CVS will no longer have my business ever. Shame on them.

DOES CVS HAVE THEIR OWN DEATH PANEL? This review meets Yelp's terms of service and does not violate these same terms in any way. The State of California requires any and all pharmacy staff to have their license available for public inspection. Any argument about privacy will be flawed and enforceable. This review contains opinions and facts. After checking websites including State and County for a location to have a #Covid19 #Booster CVS Albany was listed as having the booster in supply and that no appointment was needed. I confirmed this with a phone call that routed to a CVS call center. Should be easy right? After telling Pharmacist Christopher William Fong, that I needed to get the #COVID19 Booster for an upcoming trip. With a smile on his face he clearly stated that he did indeed have the medication and that he would not administer the required injection. After berating me for a few minutes his colleague who refused to identify herself joined the conversation. The end result, denial of providing the requested #Covid19 Booster. Long story/short version, derogatory comments about my age and people of my age with both employees confirming that others will receive this booster, but not me and I was told several times that I needed to leave Christophers Pharmacy, his pharmacy. I was able to find and contact information of the person responsible for CVS pharmacies for this region. This conversation was eye opening. Seems that Christopher has a history of being confrontational and argumentative with consumers. Regional manager asked if a apology from Christopher would make a difference, I stated no, but I wanted to hear what Christopher William Fong had to say about being remorseful. Christopher said that the only reason he was calling was to save his job and that he had "Zero Remorse". Wow. You have to ask yourself if this person has a history of being unbalanced why is he allowed to continue? In my opinion, civil and criminal acts occurred by two CVS employees.

This place is like a secret pharmacy just for me! They are sooo much better than the one in el Cerrito plaza. There is hardly ever a line. Maybe people are starting to learn about it because I had to wait as ONE person was being helped in front of me... they are so nice and thorough. This is my new main pharmacy even though it's out of my way!!

I do not recommend filling your prescriptions here unless you have a lot of time on your hands. This location never has more than one pharmacy technician and one pharmacist at any time. So you have to wait a while to pick up your prescription and if it's a new prescription, you have to wait for the pharmacist to speak with you. Often the pharmacist is on break or on the phone. Then you have to wait and wait and wait... you get the idea. Stay away.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, and they even have remembered me in the store after I called on the phone. Rarely a line and lots of parking at target. Only bummer is that it gets charged to credit card as Target, so you don't get any credit card reward points for pharmacies.

. The pharmacy staff are slow and rude. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off when the pharmacist isnt around and u have to wait until the pharmacist comes back for them to remember what to do. My husband explained To Julie Vega that he didnt want a certain medication because it gives him heart pains and she slipped it in there anyway after reassuring him it was a diffrent medication.
