The CVS Pharmacy on Solano Ave in Albany is very good and has a great team. The pharmacists and technicians are excellent, hardworking, kind, and dedicated. They go above and beyond to help get things right with prescriptions, fixing problems and sorting out insurance issues. They have great social skills, are patient and personable, and know how to handle stress very well in a very busy and stressful occupation. This team makes getting prescriptions a more pleasurable experience and provides consistently wonderful service. Similarly, the CVS at Target on Eastshore Highway provides excellent service. The staff goes above and beyond, finding solutions to medication issues. Customers report it is their go-to pharmacy, noting the staff is ridiculously good at their jobs and helpful. Being inside Target allows for dedicated service from the staff, who are very friendly and helpful, rather than being overworked. This location is described as the best pharmacy ever, an exception to corporate pharmacies, with patients making special trips because the service is that much better.
They're the best CVS and the pharmacist is a lovely person and staunch patient advocate.

CVS at Target on Eastshore Hwy go above on beyond service. I have had an issue with my medication twice in the past month. And both times this pharmacy has found solutions. This is my go to pharmacy from now on. So grateful!

Kudos to pharmacist Mr Fong who helped me transfer my prescription from Seattle by patiently staying on the line calling them for 2.5 hours!! Staff here are very friendly and helpful!
