Absolutely wonderful shop with beautiful notions, a lovely mix of locally sourced fiber and yarn and more mainstream brands. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. I wish this was my local yarn shop!

This is a knitting store with a good selection of yarns but they have the worst customer service. I went in to purchase some knitting needles and the sales clerk insisted I need a certain size. I did purchase them upon her recommendation but then realized they were not correct. I went back to the store to exchange which they refused to do. Not a happy customer.

Lovely little yarn shop, even the customers were helpful and asked if I needed any help! There was a knitting area near the back and three ladies knitting away. The yarns were well displayed but they didn't have any of the Rowan brand yarns that I was looking for. They did have tons of other brands that I wasn't familiar with so that was interesting to see. I'll return when I'm back in the area.

Best yarn store I have been to yet. I love this place because it is very welcoming and they are open to questions. I have been to other places and always feel somewhat judged. This place gives me community/family vibes.Pros:The yarn quality is amazing!Prices are fair.Everyone is friendly.Questions that get asked are answered.Cons:None!

Absolutely outstanding LYS. I'm so lucky to have these folks nearby so I can pop in for a fix of my favorite yarns or try something new. The staff is lovely and the inventory is extraordinary, especially given the fact that it's not a huge space. The samples they have around the store have inspired some of my favorite projects. Literally the ONLY thing they are lacking is that they don't carry Addi Turbo Originals (I like a blunt needle tip.) But I can live with that. Love this place!

Wonderful to have a yarn shop close to my home in Richmond. I came on a Sunday afternoon for the first time, to browse for yarn to make a sweater for my 6-year-old son. I've been knitting for 30 years, but go through periods where I dont make anything for a long time. And I usually get my yarn from big box craft stores. But, since my son asked me to make him something special, I thought I'd buy some "proper" yarn lol. I spent probably 30+ minutes browsing all of the fibers and weights, and finally settled on some Malabrigo wool. I didn't need any notions or accessories, but they certainly have some cute things!! And boy--they have some lovely finished samples on mannequins and hanging around, too. I am sure I will be back again.
