Been here about four times for a check engine light. The first time I was charged 1600 for random things like my e brake won't work and a hose that supposedly was leaking. I never received a call saying that they were going to replace these parts or even touch these parts. The second time was because when I picked it up the light was still on so I dropped it back off. Then they charged me another 1600 for parts and told me I had to drive it so I drove it the light came back on again so I took it back to the shop saying they did not fix the problem they charge me for small parts adding up to $300 again no phone call about the parts or when the car was ready brought the car back again saying for parts just replaced everything they wanted to replace and didn't even give me a call saying when my car was ready. I just have to speak up because I keep all my receipts and even the receipts don't add up to what the guy was saying the last time I went which was the fourth time you told me a price because I called him and when I got there the price went up $200 and then he gave me $100 off the price. Then he gave me another $100 off after I got really upset I got back in my car my window wasn't working properly. And my light is still on. for anybody who read this if you go to the place be sure to ask for a phone call before they replace parts and also a call when your car is ready and make sure you are fully aware of the amount they are asking for the work because I've been there four times and I did not receive any phone calls or any notification about when my car was ready and the price changed. I also was on foot and set at the Taco Bell for a hour eating and watching my car sit on the side of the building waiting for a phone call

Before hitting the road for a long drive, I wanted to double-check if my car's engine oil was all good. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the owner's kindness—carefully answering my questions and checking areas I might have missed. I know I'll be coming back here.

My husband and I began using Auto Plus 32 years ago and have not considered using another shop. Their work has been great and their customer service even better, almost like family. I now drive from Oakland to maintain the connection.

I was on my way home when my car broke down. I never have driven through Albany before. I wish I could make this up but my car broke down right on front of this shop. I saw Mr. Naim talking to someone when I approached him and explained what just happened to me. He calmly got his equipment and did a quick diagnostic then and there. He told me what was most likely the problem and asked if I wanted to leave the car at his shop. He was very polite and professional. I agreed and had someone pick me up. The next day I got a call from Ali and told me my car was ready and all the services he did. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quick they had fixed my car! I guess it was a blessing my car broke down at this precise location. I honestly didn't know what to expect given the circumstances but Naim and Ali took really good care of me. My car is running great and I am sure to be bringing my car back if I need their services again!

Usually stick with BMW specialty repair shops but a few friends guided me here for complete brake job and oil change. Very knowledgeable, friendly, quick , competent , reasonably priced and most importantly ,honest. All of these things make this my go to place from now on. X5 with m packages which I don’t trust with just anyone. Love these folks.

Brought my well loved BMW X5 with M packages to Auto Plus today. Usually I stick with BMW specialty shops but was advised by a few friends to try Auto Plus out. Full brake service (including brake fluid) and Oil change. I am very pleased with the service, knowledge , friendliness, value and timely completion. I will confidently recommend them to all my friends.

I own my Audi A4 Quattro 2.0 t. I love my car.Yesterday my car died in the middle of the highway. I'm not a mechanic but I did everything I could to restart the car would not start.I called Audi america , The transfer me to a local Audi dealership and then I was transferred to service department after explain the situation that how car died they're not a whole lot of helpful and and wouldn't give me any ideas or estimation etc, why the car died what would the suggesting and how much would it cost to fix this.My second choice was Auto Plus to contact their shop and ask for help.I had my service done by Auto Plus in the past with excellent result. I'll call Auto Plus a professional customer service. the phone after my explanation suggested that I tow in the car to their shop and they will do everything to dianose and fix the problem .I did just that . I had AAA tow the car to the shop . The shop customer service received the car. The professional staff immediately dispatch the car to their knowledgeable mechanics. Within reasonable waiting period, I was notified of the problem , how they can fix it and how much it would cost me. It turned out the immobilizer unit needed to be reset . They did so ,that fixed the " Not restarting / Car shutting off in the middle of the highway . They fixed the pronlem with reasonable cost.I am back on the road again and happily in the car I love Thank you Auto plus and it excellent customer service and mechanic staffs for your integrity honesty excellent customer.

I have been going to Auto Plus for 30 years. I've taken my VW Rabbit, Chevy Caprice, BMW, Toyota Camry and now my Prius to them for service and repair. I have nothing but the highest praise for their expertise, very fair pricing and honesty. I recommend them to my family and friends without reservations. Ali and Naim are like family to me. They have years of experience working on all manner of vehicles, but specialize in Audi and VW. Very intelligent and friendly.
