Twice in a row ignored me while doing paperwork & helped someone who came in after me. Then, chatted amongst themselves without acknowledging me, except to look my way, nod their heads towards my disgust, smile & laugh. Probably now one of those ignorant hateful businesses.

It's alful going to this Arco Gas Station after closing and you have to talk threw the "walk up window" to the cashier that doesn't speak english very well. They only hire illiterate Indians that only understands the word "Gas" but don't understand how much you want. You tell them $20 in gas. They think you mean 20 cents. You have to hold up your fingers like your in kindergarten class! Also If you want any thing their in the store you have to (Point to it & describe the item 50 times pointing) while he passes it up 100 times before he realises what you want.How is it that you speak English but don't understand English! (You'll tell him a item you want that's right in front of him and he still don't know what it is.) You have to say it 50 times that the item is right in front of his eyes. He don't know what a candy bar is or a pack of gum. I told him I wanted a 20 oz Coca Cola and he didn't know what it look like or know what it is. I had to describe it 50 times for 20 minutes before he realised that it comes in a plastic bottle in the cold section. That's very disturbing !I try to get here before they close the inside of store buy 9:00pm. After that it's disturbing talking threw a window to someone that barely speaks English. Also I handed the cashier a $20.00 bill and I told him I wanted $12.00 of gas I HAD TO HOLD UP 10 FINGERS THEN 2 MORE FINGERS.) After about 15 minutes of repeating the 10 fingers plus 2 fingers he finally realised I wanted $12.00 in gas not 12 cents as he thought. How disturbing is this! HE KEEPS SAYING 12 CENTS AND I TOLD HIM NO . I WANT $12 IN GAS.It's about 3 guys that work here that don't understand English , even the manager don't understand English.Also the bathroom is very filthy and Nasty with Urine on floor and wall and Mildew on walls and around sink. Water in sink only comes out in tiny drops. How disgusting.

Best price in the area. The guy behind the counter had my change ready without me even naming the pump. But the clientele here? Geeze. From the homeless guy stumbling by to the guy who almost jumped out of his clothes when he saw APD pull someone over across the street, this place is freaky. Also, getting back onto the main drag is a pain, with no u-turns all over the place.

I’ve gone to this place for a number of years, but they’ve become absolute thieves. Filters on their pumps are so clogged that the gas comes out in a trickle, and then finally stops coming out at all. The guy tried to convince me that my tank was empty but of course he knew nothing about what he was talking about. Then he tried to short change me and I had to slowly explain to him simple subtraction. Don’t let the prices for you.
