Omg I am in love. I finally got my dream nails done! I couldn't find a salon to do my nails in the new red bottom style. I am more than satisfied . They are really clean with a very classy , elegant feel .

Wow! They gave me my dream nails! It was done very thoroughly . I have coffin shaped nails and she Shaped me fantastically! The best salon I have visited in Berkeley! To my surprise (it's fairly new ) She had red bottom nail options (dual paint)! . She has alot of color choices, wow! Just wow! I finally found my salon and plus I like changing my nails alot so they are going to get tired of see me lol PS I came back on here and I comment on their cleanliness! Wow ! Wow! They offered tea and water when I walked in! Honestly their establishment was so warm and inviting! I'm in love! I am so satisfied !

These people are very rude and mean. They do not speak English they only speak enough to take your money. This is not the same Amy's nails from a couple of years ago it is obviously under new management. I saw know of the same employees that used to perform my cosmetic services. They asked me to come back but had a look on their face they were really saying they want me to leave.

If I didn't have to go out of town, right after getting them done, I would of definitely asked for a refund. Waste of $60!!!!!!!!! 5 hours after getting my nails done the gel nail polish was smudging. I had to repaint them myself! Not even 1 week of having them, 4 arcylic nails fell off! From doing simple tasks! I picked up a pair of shoes, next thing you know a nail broke off; I was closing a car door my hand hit a little against the car door and a nail broke off; I was picking a fairly light box off the floor and a nail broke off; I was putting on a freaking shoe and a nail broke off. Like Tf? Never again would I go here.

If I could, I would give them zero. This place has the worst costumer service. The service and quality of work are awful. This place does not follow any health department rules. They do not use clean water for pedicuring and even they do not wash their hands for new costumers. Such a pricey with low quality and rude employees. I will never go back to this place!

Called before to check if there was opening for three manicures. Got there and only one lady was working and a grandma to help around. Turns out one person was going to be doing all three of our manicures. The grandma helped with the easy stuff like putting on the foils to soak off the gel, scraping the gel off, and massage at the end. This place lacks staff and quality of work. All of our manicures were rushed with thick layers and paint on the cuticles.Half way painting my nails, the lady was so behind on time and had someone getting a pedicure soaking their feet for over half an hour. Her friend that was visiting comes to finish painting my nails and the lady goes to work on the pedicure. It's only been the third day and my nails are chipping. They charge $32 for a gel manicure and $5 off if you pay cash. Definitely won't be returning.
