Terrific neighborhood gym in a convenient location in Albany. Great selection of equipment, weights and machines. Low key vibe and no waiting. Really like the trainers, especially Jasmine and Clemente .

This gym is awesome. Plenty of free weights so you never have to wait. Two power racks, a squat rack, a bench press and an incline bench press. Never have to hunt for a 2.5lb barbell weight. Lots of extra barbells so easy to fit in deadlifts wherever or easy to use an open power rack if the bench press is taken. I've been a member for a few months and have never had to wait on anything.Staff are nice and actually go around reracking stray weights (though most of the guests are good about doing it too). Price isn't too bad, definitely more than city sports/24hr but I feel like you get a lot of value out of it by having hardly any teenagers and it not ever being too busy.Locker rooms are clean. The building is pretty secure and they're fine with me parking my e-scooter inside for security reasons. Easy to get in and out with their keyless entry system. Hours are pretty generous.My only criticism (if you can call it that) is that for the free weight room, there's only 1 fully straight non adjustable bench. Sometimes I want to pull a simple bench over to the power rack but the single available bench is being used. Not a big deal, there a few adjustable/incline benches too but the large gaps in those adjustable benches aren't ideal if you just want the bench sit flat to do presses on. It doesn't really bother me though.

Jasmine and her team of personal trainers are fantastic! I came to them with middle aged, arthritic knees and was nervous about starting an exercise program. They have been mindful of my goals and personal challenges. My knees have not hurt at all! They have kept me challenged and engaged. The space is clean and well equipped. The staff are all friendly and professional. This is a terrific women-owned small business that I am happy to highly recommend.

I'm so glad that I joined All In One Fitness. I've been a member for a couple months now and I appreciate that it is never crowded. The gym has all the space/equipment that you need, clean bathrooms/locker areas, and has friendly staff. I recently started working with Hilary for personal training sessions and she's been really great. She's attentive, given me confidence in the gym, and is helping me work toward my goals. I appreciate that she's helped create a personalized training plan, with notes on how to progress with varying weights over time. I highly recommend joining this gym and working with Hilary if you are interested in personal training sessions!

I started working with Kara almost 15 years back when I was post-op from hip replacement & gearing up to have my other hip done. She helped me so much regain better body awareness after walking really dysfunctionally due to multiple compensations. She also counseled me on nutrition & helped me feel more comfortable making better choices with each meal & encouraged me to cook at home more, which I really enjoy.I returned to All-In-One over a year ago & got to work with Janice. This was after a really tough year of unexpected revision surgeries that left me weak, off balance & very fearful of falls & injury.Janice has helped me SO MUCH. She keeps things varied & gives really insightful suggestions as to why things may be the way they are & how to get my body back in balance. I've greatly appreciated her compassionate approach & her extensive knowledge of physiology. I've seen great results that just keep building.This is a great place to regain strength, balance & confidence!

Totally enjoy working out at this fitness center. It has all the equipment you may ever need to get your body and your mind in shape. And the people that work in this facility can answer the questions you have regarding fitness nutrition and exercise. I know that 1 can find a large commercial gyms, but why bother going there When you can have a comfortable well equipped facility with that touch of friendliness and amiability that you need to get ahead with your fitness goals. 5 star gym.

I am recovering from an injury and was looking to find someone to help guide me through while strengthening my core and stabilizing the rest of my body. I was referred by a good friend only to find out later that my Uncle also had done some private training for his knees. Jasmine has been wonderful. She has a thorough. knowledge of the body and muscles and has been very helpful in my rehabilitation -which remains ongoing. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly and I would highly recommend the personal training sessions - absolutely worth it.

Love this gym. A pro and con is that it’s not busy at all. As much as I like this, I hope they get more business to keep it going. This is not your typical “gym bros” crowd. I love that you can just learn, be yourself and get a great workout in.

*****All-in-One is a great gym with awesome trainers and excellent ventilation!****My husband and I are in our early 60's. We've gained some pandemic pounds, and we've also recognized the need to improve our core strength and balance if we want to age gracefully. Our ad hoc routines of running, Zumba, YMCA and stretching have not been enough to undo the damage of my years of a stressful desk job, or for him to keep from injuring himself or putting on weight.We looked for a gym that understands the "aging body" with trainers who could inspire and advise us. We also wanted good COVID protocols and excellent ventilation. We are so glad we found All-in-One!From our initial orientation and assessment with Jasmine, to our weekly workouts with Hilary and Janice (for me) and Kirk and Jamie (for him), at this friendly and not too crowded gym, we knew we'd found the right place! We took a deep breath and each signed up for a 16 session trainer package (two sessions per week), and I have to say that while I was a bit unsure of myself in the first week, by the 3rd or 4th session I was feeling very motivated and capable of more. Now after 12 sessions I'm noticing increased stamina, better balance, and real core strength. I have some muscles I didn't know were there! I look forward to the workouts!Also, today I brought a portable CO2 monitor to the gym. I was thrilled to see the excellent readings inside - basically about the same reading as you would get if you were outside (in the 400's to low 500's ppm). I also wear a mask, and the trainers will wear a mask optionally (or as required as it is now in Alameda County).I feel confident that my increased health from these workouts is well worth venturing out to this gym, and my husband just won the gym's 6-week weight loss challenge, so you can imagine how happy he is! I am now thinking of adding a membership to my plan (which my husband already did) so I can keep this going!PS - I also love the fact that all ages and shapes and varieties of people are clearly welcome here.

The atmosphere was very friendly. The people were inviting and made me feel comfortable. The instructor was informative, explained the routine and modifications you could use, also checked to make sure if I had issues that my limit my performance.

This has turned out to be great place for me and my husband to lose those pandemic pounds and get back in shape! I was hesitant at first to join a gym during COVID, but was reassured when I came to check out the ventilation (and I even brought a portable CO2 monitor with me) and I found that the air quality is very very good. The personal trainers are excellent, the vibe is friendly, there are people of all ages and fitness levels, it's never too crowded when I'm there in the late afternoons. We each signed up for a package of sessions with a trainer, and have been so pleased by the experience and the results - it was an investment, but well worth it! I am already, after only 12 sessions in 6 weeks, feeling the effects - core strength, balance, stamina. Yay!

Space is clean, instructors are excellent. I'm getting in the best shape I've ever been in and I'm in my 50's thanks to the awesome personal trainers here. Jasmine and Hillary are wonderful and I have no doubt the other trainers are too. They have a lot of good equipment and it's not too packed which is really good (should I even write this review lol!?)
