I got my bad dye from Melinda at her salon. I went in to get a balayage I came out looking like an old lady with grey and white hair at the bottom of my hair and light highlights on my head that didn't blend with the roots that I asked her to lighten and she didn't. I've messaged her several times and haven't gotten a reply. I wish I would have looked at her pictures closely she does everyone hair the same way and can see how grey and white their hair looks and most of her pictures don't look like a balayage which she claims to be a pro at. Below was the picture I showed her at my appointment which does not look at all from what she did.

James did a wonderful job on my hair! I'm Asian and I only have the "after" photo here but Basically I had 6 inches of roots showing plus an old balayage job. I love it and even my judgemental Chinese family gave me compliments on it which is saying something.

Sadly James who has done my hair for quite sometime has decided not to anymore…he claims I changed a appointments too many times. I went back and checked text and that was not the case. I will be moving to another salon.

Went to an amazing Esthetician Loraine Stringer and she has such amazing hands and gave me the top of the line facial. This was my first experience and she made me feel like a celebrity. She made me feel at home, and felt so comfortable being in her presence. I've had eczema since I was born and she brought my face back to life and I definitely see the difference. I've dealt with sensitive skin, dark spots, and pigmentation and she used amazing tools that got rid of my dead skin and brought me back to life. I feel great and amazing.

My hair stylist Julia is the best. She knows All colors!!!!She's been doing my hair for almost 4 years. I would not go to anyone else. Definitely worth every penny. I love what she does with purples that's my favorite. Been purple for almost 4 years.

Great salon in the East Bay. Individual suites within the building are run and operated by each stylist. Hair, skin care, nails, etc. Clean and comfortable.
