The total cut took 5 minutes. I wanted just a little off the side…i have hearing aids and wanted the hair long enough to hide them. I told her that. She took no notice. The lady was Chinese…poor English. in 2 minutes she literally sheared both sides far more than I asked. Absolutely the worst cut I’ve had in years….compounded by a rush. Just awful. She either needs training or ….i received a Beijing curbside haircut! I have a Chinese daughter in law…so nothing prejudiced in my input.

I like this place since it is convenient and fast, but the quality of the haircut is entirely dependent on the hairstylist. There are some great ones and some very bad ones.
