I want to commend Janet on her great customer service. As the line started to back up she apologized multiple times and said someone would be with us shortly. Such a simple yet effective gesture but one that shows that they truly care! I don't understand why this isn't part of everyone's customer service training. It really shortens the perceived wait time. Janet, if you read this I want you to know that your customer care did not go unnoticed or under appreciated!!Jeff S.Walnut Creek, CA

This girl Erida who works at my local Safeway Starbucks is soo slow!! She doesn't even make the effort to move faster when there's a long line. Rude!

Today I went to Starbucks and my experience wasn't too good. I hate to be that guy, but I didn't have the best experience with the employee. And even worse, they used old coffee that was sitting there, minimum 10 minutes and put little to no creamer in my coffee. I love Starbucks though, but I hate to spend 5 dollars for coffee that's doesn't taste good. The following photo is what my Vanilla sweet cream cold brew looked like.

There are two Starbucks in Alamo Plaza Shopping Center. This one is a grab-and-go inside Safeway. The menu selection is limited compared to the stand-alone Starbucks. Does not have place to sit. But because it is inside the Safeway, there are Safeway Starbucks Just for U offers that you will not get at the stand-alone Starbucks if you are a Safeway Rewards card holder. What you purchase also goes towards what you spend besides redeeming Safeway Starbucks Just for U offers as a Safeway customer (inputting the phone number associated with your Safeway Rewards card).The pop-up shop is right next to the Safeway deli entrance /exit doors.

This Starbucks struggles a little because they are constantly short of staff and always have new faces working. You literally know what you are going to get If you end up getting one of the regulars that work the counter your coffee will be great! Just usually pretty busy. Would be nice to hire more people Also wish they carried sandwiches like the other Starbucks

I would give these guys a 4 but sadly it's only 1 person that has been working here. Plus, do not use the mobile order app for this Starbucks here. They don't have it.

At a previous Starbucks they made my drink wrong, when I asked if they could make a replacement drink they gave me a really hard time-especially Bethany-and were not accommodating at all. There was no one else in line and most likely they just didn't want to make it because they were lazy. Condescending, rude, patronizing overall the worst customer service I've experienced at Starbucks. Also I just noticed the remade my drink a size smaller! I'm very disappointed.

The overhead music has finally been turned down and inside the shop, it's no longer "over-air conditioned". The coffee and hot chocolate are always well made.

Just another busy morning. We have ordered our usual, paid and waited. A min or two after, 3 out of 4 that we oredered were already called out. We already waited fr around 10 mins and the other drink is still not ready. Went back to the counter and asked the lasy at the counter. She asked for our reciept and to my dissapointment - it was not included. So I asked my parter to just order it again and pay. To my surprise - the lady gave it fr free. She insisted and apologize fr the long wait..abd that was fr free. Talk about customer service. Very kind.

Staff is really friendly...but they are ALWAYS out of cold brew. If this is a popular item, you would think they would make more to accommodate the high demand.

Messy operations. They get orders and names wrong. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and ended up getting only egg and cheese in my sandwich, how does that work...?
