I've asked Ian and Sue to field unusual requests with specific parameters (e.g. printing large custom battle maps in which the grid is perfectly 1"x1") that have often required a fair amount of trial-and-error. Ian and Sue have been patient, resourceful, and extraordinarily friendly as we work together to get my prints just right and marvel at the results.
