“I've now been to 2 of Jackson's affiliated liquor stores; each has knowledgeable staff and a good selection of beers and spirits. I go for the bourbons and stouts and am never disappointed in the selection. be prepared to pay a bit of a premium, but know they have some choices not found at competing local stores. I will definitely continue to shop there.”

The only way to get a fresher selection would be to go directly to the source. Everyone at the store is so friendly and welcoming. If you have any questions regarding your selection they are always willing to help.”

“Village Market is such a nice place to have in downtown Clayton. They are always very friendly and outgoing! Not to mention the vast alcohol selection, on top of the lengthy Candy isle and those misc things you don’t want to travel to the grocery store for. OH! And the dedicated Haagen Dazs freezer - come on! Great selection on everything for a small market, even have smoky treats. “Being from out of town and looking for a specific grocery item, we called Nob Hill Foods asking if the item was sold there. The gentleman was confident it was sold here. He was so polite and well spoken. Additionally, he asked if he could check the shelf to make sure the item was in stock. I am over-the-moon impressed with this type of customer service. I’ve found telephone customer service to be less than welcoming in our general society practices. Thank you Nob Hill!”

“This store is quite amazing . It has one of the largest and best tequila selection and prices. They have many high-end liquor that is difficult to find elsewhere. They are also very friendly and it is family operated by the owner. It is my favorite one stop liquor spot for sure. “I have no clue why this place was marked as closed because I just came here last week. It has a good variety of mostly snacks and drinks and everyone is friendly. The prices are also pretty reasonable as well. I would totally come again next time I pass by.”

“I have only been here twice. Purchased once. I remember when they first opened I came to check it out. It was pretty well stocked then. I went there last week and it was stocked well with a lot of beers consisting of a good variety! I did not have time to look at the mixers for the hard liquor but they seem like they had a good variety of hard liquor as well. They have a pretty good selection of microbrews I've never heard of before. The owners are very nice! I would definitely come back again! And their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place! I do need to dive a little deeper into looking at their inventory. But so far I like what they're doing!”
“A small family owned store but nice people that run it... Plus it has a meat market there that I have been shopping at since 1970.... Great meat packages for fair money.... It can get busy around the the 1st week of the month....but it's worth the wait”
“I have driven past this market many times and never gave it a second thought. Until I saw them all over my Instagram show casing their elite picks of brews.They have a few cases packed with dozens of craft brews both small and large breweries. I stopped in to grab some fun new beers for a friends birthday. She is not into the IPA craze and I was worried that I wouldn't have much to pick from, but I was wrong! I got 4 picks that I not only think she will enjoy but also the art on the can is great! If you are not into beer, there are other options for you to grab. There is a small cider section and they have liquor and basic beer grabs.”
