I only use Country Club Village Cleaners honestly. They have the most consistent service that I have used by far. I couldn’t recommend their services enough.”
“Hella packed on a Sunday night, but what was nice was that there are three different types of washing machines ranging from most to least expensive depending on your load size. So, if you have a little left over you don’t have to put it in a large machine paying the same price for a smaller load, you can pay less for a smaller one. Genius!! ?”

“I have been looking for the perfect person who can do my Jeans Alterations. I tried Nordstrom in Walnut Creek not satisfied I will give them Zero star if I can, do not waste your money . Then I had lunch with my friends near her shop so I said I should try this place . One day I stopped by told her what I want and she has suggestions so I said okay . “Have been having my clothes cleaned here for 25 years. Anna and her husband are the kindest, nicest people, and they have gotten out every stain you can imagine for my 4 kid, very messy family. They have sewn couch pillows, fixed torn favorite shirts, hemmed dresses that were too long, let it back out once they grew...they are the BEST and they are always so sweet. For all the people that claim it is too $$- geez, ridiculous- they are worth every penny, and you absolutely get what you pay for. Excellent service, and wonderful people.”
“I took a family heirloom quilt here to be cleaned. The staff was so kind and helpful. The quilt came out beautifully and they even placed it in a protective plastic bag for me. The prices are very reasonable. Please support this small business!”

“Prices are fair. Service is quick. Alterations have been good. Had a slight issue with a dress but I just changed the undergarments an it corrected where buttons were. Staff are always pleasant and sweet. My go to place. The parking lot is fine but to turn into the lot is a bit odd.”

“Since I do not work, but volunteer I still like to look professional. This was my first time using this cleaners. I try to stay within my community and incorporate multiple errands in a day.
If you need something dry cleaned, or mended this is the place for you. My husband had a favorite pair of jeans, but I did not have the industrial type machine to mend. What a job. I paid under $20 for mending Levi jeans (which are like new again) & 1 silk blouse. It cost me $18 at another cleaner just for the blouse. So, if you like to save $$ check them out.

“Our dryer broke down a few days ago and Ducky came up as a suggestion. I found it difficult to believe that a laundromat had such high reviews.
After arriving, I understand why. It is clean, bright, and it is even staffed by a human being. The lady with whom I spoke was very kind and we held a short conversation. She even guided me on how to use the machines and how much money to put in.

“By far the number one place to go in Concord I have been here for years using this place always great price, friendly staff, and they have card entry only bathrooms so if you load money on your card you can use the restroom which is great cause it keeps out problem individuals, on top owner responds if there is issue very fast, and they have maintanence and cleaning done daily seriously every type of washer use the biggest ones or smallest doesn't matter it has whatever you laundry cleaning needs are they have vending machine and staff to help fold if you pay for that service some days are free drying days check it out and speak with staff they are super friendly”

“I've been taking my clothes to Hamlin for 20 years and have NEVER had a dress shirt come back with a crease. And you get what you pay for. I'm in there weekly and everything looks great...EVERY TIME. He's open for 5 HOURS on a Saturday. Jesus, I think you can figure out when to get there.”

“Not thrilled about their pick up process. Very confusing for 1st time goer. Place is out of the way for me. The service provided is amazing. They are very good at cleaning shoes. Even tho it's a drive for me to get here, I will be coming back to have more shoes getting revived and looking new again from here. Heavily reccomend these folks!”
