Went in to have my nails done today and they were in bad shape. They did the dip and they look so good. Very happy with them will be back.

Helen did an excellent job.
I like the basic “French Dip”, with white & clear dip.
Looks very natural.
Helen fit me in and worked a little late to complete my nails.
The price was $50 + a $15 tip, because I was so pleased.
I will now use Kasa Nails on a regular basis.

I used Helen at Kasa nails, in Alamo, CA, behind Rotten Robbie's gas station. Helen fit me in, at the last minute and did an excellent job, with "Pink & White Dip. Her prices are reasonable. Four days later and they still look perfect. I will be coming back again.

Great for a quick acrylic fill, nothing fancy. Quick average pedicure to get in and out. Sometimes colors you want will not be available. Prices are affordable. Facility is older and could use updating. Staff is nice and always able to get in on a walkup.

Kasa nails is a hidden gem! It's tucked away but I am so grateful I was referred here. All the ladies do such a wonderful job and are so sweet, friendly and accommodating I've been seeing Helen for over a year and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It was the most traumatic nail experience ever and it was for my wedding. It was my first time getting acrylics and I had Nancy. She was so rough with me and I have a high pain tolerance. She nicked my skin at least 4 times and every time I pulled my hand away to say "ouch" she'd just grab my hand and continue annoyed. She didn't listen to me when I told her the white part of my French was way too low. She told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Finally my mom, who only goes to Helen, scolded Nancy. Nancy yelled at me, "Get out of my chair! I don't have time for you! It's because it's her first time she's not used to it!" Not used to having my skin nicked and bleed?! I just tried a new nail place in San Francisco and never said ouch once... I literally cried because she was so evil, rude and insensitive. Helen had to leave her customer to finish me. Never again.

I got an acrylic set here and after 2 week and a half I decided to soak them off myself only to discover that they use MMA acrylic. MMA I'd not meant for nails, can cause permanent damage and is banned by the FDA. I called to complain and they flat out admitted that they used MMA then they tried to hang up on me but failed because I could here them giggling and talking about how I was so unreasonable for being upset and implying that I'm d**** Will never come here and am trying to find a way to report them because this is not okay.Service: Acrylic nails

This place is my favourite for getting my nails done. Helen the owner and all other ladies working there are always welcoming and they make sure when your nails are done you are happy with the result. I recently found out they do nail design and since then I've received so many complaints from my friends. I highly recommend Kasa nails

Very cluttered and messy in the shop. It didn't feel clean unfortunately. They also don't seem to honor appointment times either.

great gel acrylics for $46. They lasted three weeks. Would definitely go back to Kasa nails ;)
