It was my first time at Elements and Pilar is amazing! She's very nice and attentive. She made sure to ask me if the pressure was to my liking throughout my one hour massage.

I hardly, if ever, review anything. However, I think Elements in Alamo deserves a shout. I paid for a introductory massage at a reduced rate, and a booked one a couple of weeks later looking for a last minute massage. I spoke to Dina on the phone, she was very helpful, and said they could do a deep tissue the same day, but the girl that was available was not their strongest. She said Pilar was a 3 out of 4 in pressure, I told her that was fine. Pilar was amazing, she worked my trouble spots and spent extra time on areas I needed but didn't tell her about in addition to what I wanted. Specifically, my fore arms and scalp. I was in heaven. She didn't speak too much, and it was amazing, and I've had plenty of massages to compare this with.

I only removed one star because when I checked my card to make sure $40 was taken out for my massage therapist for a tip I only saw a charge for $19. Not sure what that is for I'll have to call because I had a $150 spa week gift card I used and they said they only charged me $129 for the intro price since it was my first time. I did a 90 minute massage I think her name was Leslie. I'm sorry I know I asked and forgot after. (Massage brain) I called today to see if they take my gift card and the lady said she was new but would check and call me back. She called back once she was able to confirm and was able to get me in today. I got there early. My appointment was at 2:30 but I thought there might be traffic so I left earlier. Got there at 2 and they said my massage therapist could take me back early. It's a cute little place. The rooms are small. Kinda small for the massage therapist to move around I think. We were in room 6. My massage therapist was a great communicator, she always checked in with me. I told her I don't like deep tissue (I'm afraid because of a massage I had in the past) She was very gentle with my neck area which I appreciate because I am in physical therapy for my back and will be for my neck. I let her know of my injuries and she was careful with me. I lappricated how she lifted the head part when I was supine (turned over) because being face down for a long time sucks on our sinuses. Once we were finished the front desk asked me about the membership. I honestly HATE when places do this after the massage. I get it though because I worked for massage envy at one time as a front desk person so I know how it is. I wish places would let people just enjoy themselves and then follow up the next day or so. I ended up signing up for the 1 hour monthly membership because this with my physical therapy and my chiropractor once a month would definitely help. The lady told me to try all their massage therapist and rebooked me with another therapist. She stated they don't do deep tissue which is fine I don't care for deep tissue. She started she wanted to try massage therapy once she was done with physical therapy and I told her she should! I let her know I was in the process on working on getting my certification and once I'm better definitely can't wait to work as a massage therapist. I wouldn't have mind using the same therapist but maybe they like to rotate customers to try all the therapist? Either way I hope the next experience is a good one too. The place is clean, bathrooms are clean atmosphere was nice, my massage therapist had good energy. I'll update again. Going to find out what the $19 charge was and what happened to my massage therapist $40 tip.

Ileen was absolutely amazing! The right amount of pressure and very knowledgeable. She made a 50 minute massage feel like an hour and a half. I highly recommend here for a massage, she worked wonders on my neck.A note to management, when I was there they were discussing with the massage staff issues that I thought should be discussed privately and not out front for all the clients to hear. It wasn’t private client info, just not professional to discuss in a client area that you would think they would want to be relaxing. Also , you can hear a lot of what the front desk is doing and saying in your massage if they aren’t mindful about their volume. I would still go back because Ileen made up for that, but just FYI to the two front desk people, handle business in the back.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Elements Massage Alamo! The location in the plaza is super convenient. The ambiance is clean and welcoming, with a team that delivers fantastic customer service.I recently had a massage with Ileen, who went above and beyond to ensure I received top-notch service. After the massage session, I received a personalized recommendation card filled by my massage therapist, suggesting areas to focus on, home care recommendations, and alternative therapist recommendations.Loved the option to enhance my massage with various essential oils, like lavender, orange, or eucalyptus, for just $10 extra. They even offer CBD oil for $25. While I didn't try the cupping therapy or Himalayan salt stone yet, they're definitely on my radar.Plus, the month-to-month membership perks are unbeatable – a free 1-hour massage every month! Unused sessions roll over, and you get member-adjusted prices for 1 hour, 90 min, and 2-hour massages.Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a rejuvenating experience.

Called early afternoon for same day massage, and they accommodated! Booked with Leslie W, what a delightful skilled lady. She asked about pressure, she asked in the final 10 minutes of a 60 minute massage if there was an area I would like to revisit or feet. How thoughtful and appreciated. Hit this place up, location friendly, clean and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back. Check out their monthly membership, because we should all be taking care of our bodies.

I'm really upset. Based on reviews, I was so excited to purchase this service for my husband as a birthday gift, and it was a surprise for him, I made the appointment by phone and we traveled for 20min to get there . once my husband got there, they told him your appointment doesn't exist, although he showed them the confirmation message we received from them.Otherwise, the receptionist was nice with him, and rescheduled him for another day, but it was so sad that my surprise didn't work the way I was planning to

Super clean. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. My masseuse was attentive to my problem areas and asked throughout the massage about his pressure level. He also didn’t tell to me durning my massage which I appreciate (I’m a silent massage type gal). I’ll be back soon.
