“It's so nice to know that there is someone in the area who is knowledgeable about such a wide array of electronics, especially since I hate the idea of throwing things away that can be easily fixed. My Marshall amplifier was buzzing and the connector was spinning in it's housing... I was about ready to just buy a new one, but I was absolutely overjoyed to find out that I could get it repaired for less than the price of replacing it. I mean it when I say that it is as good as new now! And the repair only took a couple of days. I will easily be back for any future repairs on sound equipment!”

“We to local T-Mobile store early Tues morning. There were about 4 customers ahead of me requesting assistance. One rep took everyone name down on a wait list. Shortly after several representatives were assisting a variety of customers. Noteworthy was Diego who help me ascertain whether I could add a SIM card and line to my iPad. We discussed several options and pricing scenarios. Diego was very knowledgeable and focused on what I was trying to achieve. Highly recommend T mobile in Walnut Creek for helping with your cellular service needs.”

“My wife and I both needed new phones. Yiikees!!! Lucky for us, when we went in a couple of evenings ago, the store was very slow (we were literally the ONLY customers) and Mohammed, the nice gentleman who served us, took the time to help us with EVERYTHING we needed without rushing us, or making us feel stupid! LOL! We all know how complicated even the "simplest" of smart phone can be today, so it's real refreshing when someone like Mohammed can do his job so well, and with such a good attitude! Thank you Mohammed...I'm going to drop off a gift card for the Cheesesteak Shop for you this week...promise! By the way, we are both super-happy with our new phones.”
“I will start by saying I initially brought my car to Firestone they said "they couldn't fix my car" and recommended an engine specialist and recommended Walnut Creek Automotive. Jeff, manager, and team were great, quick, thorough and affordable. What I appreciate more than anything was the quality of work and honesty. in todays market, unfortunately, we the consumer can be taken advantage. This was not the case with Walnut Creek Automotive. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return.”

I did what needed to be done on my end and today, I finally stopped in. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also do phone troubleshooting if something isn't working the way it should. I think this is a corporate store. Much better than going to any of those little corner Metro stores that are all over the place! Check them out. You won't regret it.”

“I came here after a disappointing experience with the t mobile location in Bayfair Mall. Since this location has one of the lowest Google ratings, I wasn't expecting a lot. Oh my, I was so wrong.When I arrived, the store was busy, but they were very nice and asked me to wait patiently until they were done serving the existing customers. I waited for around 10 minutes for them to approach and help me.They were very professional and helpful. I asked a ton of questions about a plan I'm planning to upgrade to, and they answered them with great information. They went past their closing time to help me upgrade my plan.It was an amazing experience and they deserved a better rating on Google.”

“Today, my family and I went into this store with the intent to add another family member to our plan and upgrade our phones. Yani helped us with this process and was exceptional in her customer service. She provided us with an excellent deal both in adding our other daughter and getting new phones. She was patient, clear in her explanations, and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend visiting this location.”
“I have visited this location a few times. And honestly, based on my visits, I can believe that this location is much nicer than the one in Antioch. Although, I probably wouldn't drive half an hour to here to get what I needed; I could if I want. Anywho, we were in the area on Nov. 24, 2023, and it was Black Friday, so we decided to stop in and see what kind of deals they had. And honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The sales that I have been seeing said "30% off", which isn't much of a deal. I was in the need for pajama pants and some socks so I picked them up. I scanned them, and they were on sale. I also bought some accessories for my new phone, and I was pretty disappointed with the fact that they weren't on sale. While we were checking out, I decided to use my Target Circle rewards (like I do usually), and the person who checked me out suggested I spend a certain amount to get the discount. I didn't get their name, but the way they explained it to me was very helpful. And everything went through without any issues. Would I come to this Target again? If I am in the area again, maybe I may check it out. Since the Pittsburg Target closed down, I have mostly been going to the one in Antioch and this Target is out of my reach. I like how there is a parking garage underneath, which is nice especially in a place where parking is AWFUL.”

“I recently went to this Target to return a storage container I no longer needed. It was so easy to do. I had my receipt and was asked if I wanted my credit to return to my card, which I did. The rep was helpful, there was no line (it was after 8pm, I think), and the friendly rep came out as I was at the counter. No wait and an easy return.”
“Ive been to many Targets before mostly the San Ramon and Walnut Creek target. This Target always seems not very busy which is a huge plus. There is a-lot of Inventory here and mostly full shelves. If I am in the area, this is my preferred Target. This location has a great selection of food items and skin care/hba items which is great. This location now has a Ulta Beauty by Target which for those who like Ulta is a plus. Many of the items and products at Ulta are here. Downside is that there are limited self checkouts and cashiers at this Target.”

“Today we stopped the 7-Eleven on Alcosta Blvd. in San Ramon, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from each staff member. As I started to walk around, I noticed that this 7-Eleven had some fantastic deals. From discounted snacks and slurpees to great prices on energy drinks and hot food items, there was something for each of us. I couldn't believe how much money I was able to save on my purchases compared to other places. But what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by Mike and his team. They went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed and even offered suggestions for products that I might like based on my potential purchases that we had in our hands. Additionally, the store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. We appreciated the convenience of being able to grab a quick snack or drink on-the-go, and the fact that the store was super clean and organized was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks Mike and Team :) Overall, my experience at Mike's 7-Eleven in San Ramon was top-notch. The great deals, excellent customer service, and convenience made for a truly enjoyable shopping experience. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a quick and easy shopping trip.”
“My mom and I only spent 5-10 minutes here, and even though the Geek Squad didn't actually have the item or means to fix my mom's phone the person who assisted us was very kind, seemed incredibly knowledgeable and really wanted and tried to help us out anyway. “The girl there who sold me 2 phones i believe her name was jelina was so understanding and helped me stay within a spending budget i had for early christmas shopping for my kids. She's super nice and customer service was just great i've never been to a metro store where i got treated like i was the only one there she prioritized and made sure i was okay with spending a certain amount of money for phones and i was even able to get bundle deals on protective gear for my devices since i was getting new numbers and she saved me from spending a whole bunch of money. This is the store i'm going to keep coming back to for sure.”

“I arrived with a big problem after having gotten no service from Verizon. Verizon was so bad that I walked across the street to this TMobile store. I was greeted politely; then connected with helpful agent to set up new account. Because of Verizon, there were a lot of obstacles to overcome. Agent was very patient and helpful; then manager was called in. I am very impressed with the manner of both staffers in this store. They stayed completely calm, polite and professional to overcome many challenges. The wait was so long that one of the agents gave me a cupcake! So sweet (literally). Thanks to Jessica and Andrea. “There are several disgruntled customer(Scott M.) reviews but in defense of stereo doctor this is how all businesses work. Whether auto, vacuum, sewing machine all businesses ask for some $$ down which which pays for their evaluation time. Eventually this down payment goes toward repair if customers so choose to go forward. Lesson here is to evaluate how much it would cost to replace your stereo first and then make your decision prior to spending the $75. I personally have no problem with Stereo Doctor.”

“Do you want someone who's there for you 24/7? Hello, 7-Eleven. The Alamo location is located in a little shopping center that includes Rotten Robbies and the laundromat off of the Sycamore Valley exit, making it an easy stop if you're getting gas or doing some laundry. There's parking for a few cars up front. This location has pretty much everything you'd expect from a convenience store: snacks, drinks, lotto tickets. We picked up some jalapeño cream cheese and Monterey chicken taquitos last night, which were pretty good. My husband also got popcorn chicken on a skewer and a corn dog. The service was cordial and the place itself was clean enough for a typical convenience store. Im The only drawback is that the Slurpee machines were out of order. Based on some of the other reviews here, it sounds like this isn't the first time.”
