“Do you want someone who's there for you 24/7? Hello, 7-Eleven. The Alamo location is located in a little shopping center that includes Rotten Robbies and the laundromat off of the Sycamore Valley exit, making it an easy stop if you're getting gas or doing some laundry. There's parking for a few cars up front. This location has pretty much everything you'd expect from a convenience store: snacks, drinks, lotto tickets. We picked up some jalapeño cream cheese and Monterey chicken taquitos last night, which were pretty good. My husband also got popcorn chicken on a skewer and a corn dog. The service was cordial and the place itself was clean enough for a typical convenience store. Im The only drawback is that the Slurpee machines were out of order. Based on some of the other reviews here, it sounds like this isn't the first time.”

“United sells high quality decks/speakers and accessories...and they stand behind their work 100%. I've had them do audio improvements to both my car and truck and have been extremely satisfied. Nothing 2nd rate with these guys or their products. I stumbled upon United 6 months back to help resolve installation and performance issues linked to a local competitor who performed poor work - they stepped up and found the issue right away. Good guys 100%, polite, smart knowledgeable and efficient. They know their business and employ best practices. I normally don't write reviews, but in this case they need to be recognized. “It's so nice to know that there is someone in the area who is knowledgeable about such a wide array of electronics, especially since I hate the idea of throwing things away that can be easily fixed. My Marshall amplifier was buzzing and the connector was spinning in it's housing... I was about ready to just buy a new one, but I was absolutely overjoyed to find out that I could get it repaired for less than the price of replacing it. I mean it when I say that it is as good as new now! And the repair only took a couple of days. I will easily be back for any future repairs on sound equipment!”

“I came in with a messed up phone the insurance was taking long to respond Jessica such a kind lady helped me by upgrading my phone for only $50 I am an older lady she was very patient with me and even transferred my contacts one by one because my Bluetooth on other device was not working. Jeff, manager, and team were great, quick, thorough and affordable. “I recently went to this Target to return a storage container I no longer needed. It was so easy to do. I had my receipt and was asked if I wanted my credit to return to my card, which I did. The rep was helpful, there was no line (it was after 8pm, I think), and the friendly rep came out as I was at the counter. No wait and an easy return.”

“My wife and I went to the Pleasant Hill Store on Apr 26th because my iPhone 11 was not receiving internet. I decided to purchase an iPhone 15+. The sales rep, a young black gentleman whose name is pronounced Parran(spelling is incorrect, sorry) was absolutely F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C !!!!!!!! T-Mobile needs a thousand Parrans! He is very knowledgeable of the various plans and the pros and cons of each. His patience is unparalleled. We had so many question and he answered them all. While attending to us , he never failed to greet other customers when they entered the store. My wife then decided to purchase an iPhone 15+ for herself. We left the store as though it was Christmas again. I hope my handshake wasn't too firm. I was just ecstatic over the service I just received. It was great to see professionalism in a young person. This guy has a great future”

“I have visited this location a few times. And honestly, based on my visits, I can believe that this location is much nicer than the one in Antioch. Although, I probably wouldn't drive half an hour to here to get what I needed; I could if I want. Anywho, we were in the area on Nov. 24, 2023, and it was Black Friday, so we decided to stop in and see what kind of deals they had. And honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The sales that I have been seeing said "30% off", which isn't much of a deal. I was in the need for pajama pants and some socks so I picked them up. I scanned them, and they were on sale. I also bought some accessories for my new phone, and I was pretty disappointed with the fact that they weren't on sale. While we were checking out, I decided to use my Target Circle rewards (like I do usually), and the person who checked me out suggested I spend a certain amount to get the discount. I didn't get their name, but the way they explained it to me was very helpful. And everything went through without any issues. Would I come to this Target again? If I am in the area again, maybe I may check it out. Since the Pittsburg Target closed down, I have mostly been going to the one in Antioch and this Target is out of my reach. I like how there is a parking garage underneath, which is nice especially in a place where parking is AWFUL.”

“I was able to switch from Sprint to Tmobile super fast and I was able to keep my same number. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped me, he was great. Tmobile has a first responders discount so we're able to save a lot on our phone bill. Customer service upstairs is way better than the location downstairs.”

“Today we stopped the 7-Eleven on Alcosta Blvd. in San Ramon, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from each staff member. As I started to walk around, I noticed that this 7-Eleven had some fantastic deals. From discounted snacks and slurpees to great prices on energy drinks and hot food items, there was something for each of us. I couldn't believe how much money I was able to save on my purchases compared to other places. But what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by Mike and his team. “I went in because my phone screen was busted, so I decided to upgrade to avoid the wait for a replacement, unfortunately it wasn’t as smooth as I had imagined, not to mention I had my three year old with me.

We went in and were acknowledged, greeted, and checked in right away by Ben. I met with Julio, and he worked everything out for me great, it took a little time because we were experiencing technical issues that were beyond their team’s control, but Julio was very patient and accommodating to my three year old providing excellent customer service while we waited. What was really impressive was when we ran into an issue with getting the phone activated and Julio, Oscar, and Felix worked tirelessly and diligently together, an hour after the store had closed, to find a resolve for the issue and they were able to power through it and I left with a working phone. The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities.
