My fiancé and I got our wedding bands here at the recommendation of a mutual friend. David helped us through each step and made it a simple and pleasant experience! He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and had a wonderfully warm professionalism. We are so grateful for him and for the business itself! Diablo Jewelers was such a delight today. My husband wanted to get me a Christmas gift and we came in here not exactly knowing what we were looking for. The staff was so helpful in helping us find the most beautiful ring! I tried on many different styles and we finally found one that really spoke to both of us. Beautiful quality jewelry and really wonderful folks. We didn't feel any pressure and felt so welcomed. The process was painless and we had a great time looking at all they had to offer. We will definitely be back in the future!

I just wanted to take a minute and say that they were great. I had to get a battery change in 2 of my watches. They made it easy and went above and beyond. Not only did they change the batteries but I am sure they cleaned both watches at no extra charge. The store is clean and the selection of jewelry was vast. I'm sure I'll be returning to purchase my next piece of jewelry. I recommend having a look when your in town.

This jeweller is in downtown Alamo. Great service here from the couple that own this business. We had a question about a custom ring, and they both took a look and gave helpful advice on the best next steps. Really nice presentation of their jewelry in their store also, which was my first time visiting. Would definitely go back- they have lots of nice watches too, and the Shinola brand, which I do not normally see in local stores!

I can see why the people from my neighborhood on Nextdoor recommended this place so highly! Out of 30 recommendations all throughout the Alamo, Danville, Walnut Creek, and San Ramon area, 6 people recommended this place. We went in there for advice on a custom ring we had made and they couldn't have more friendly and honest. I feel I have found a jeweler I can trust. I know now where we will go next time we are looking to buy or repair jewelry.

Lovely atmosphere and gracious owners. Jewellery repair, replacement, question...they'll assist. Need a little treat for you or someone you love? They have a beautiful selection. Great local establishment...give them a try!

The employees do not take me seriously unless I am there with my husband or my father. I was a very loyal customer for many years but got fed up when they sized me poorly for the same ring twice. I had to get the ring resized a total of 3 times and the third time I went to a different jeweler which did it perfectly. I appreciated this place more before they remodeled it. It's beautiful now, but I am disappointed in the service.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the newly remolded interior and exterior, to the staff and of course to the variety of jewelry that they have to offer. Ron and Julie are very polite, patient and simply wonderful. AlthoughI dId not get a chance to meet David, I've read great reviews about him as well. I would highly recommend this place for all of your jewelry needs!

It was such a pleasure working with Julie to design my fiance's engagement ring to our exact specifications. The ring was completed much earlier than expected, and David was very helpful with all the paperwork. He even emailed the appraisal directly to my insurance provider for me! They exceeded our expectations in every way, and the proposal went perfectly!

You should update your Yelp page. I drove all the way to your store today because your Yelp page shows that you're open until 3:30p. When I got there you were actually closed. Just wasted 30 mins of my time.

I have been a satisfied customer of Julie's for over 10 years , she has always given me great costumer service along with amazing prices. Julie always goes the extra mile. When she decided to venture out with her new partners it was no question weather I would follow her or not.I was blessed to borrow her own diamond bangle bracelet for my wedding . In hopes one day I can have my own custom replica haha. My jewels bought from her include, Roberto coin diamond A pendant, diamond cross, eternity band for my wedding. All amazing thanks to her .
