CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the friendly and helpful staff, others have encountered issues with slow computer systems and insurance complications. The pharmacy service is often described as efficient, with customers able to get in and out quickly for basic needs like picking up prescriptions or buying bottled water. The staff is generally professional, even when dealing with demanding customers and insurance-related challenges. Customers who have used Amazon's pharmacy service have found it to be a more streamlined and worry-free experience, as the online platform handles insurance interactions on their behalf. However, for those who prefer the in-person experience, CVS is still a convenient option, with friendly staff and accessible locations. Overall, CVS seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences, with both positive and negative reviews reflecting the varied customer experiences at the pharmacy.
Totally subpar, it needs major work. Its too big almost. The lighting, atmosphere and space needs to be reconfigured. The pharmacy was frustrating as they did not have any of the RXs I needed so I switched to another place.

I have bought multiple gift cards from this place and 99% of the times, it was either already redeemed, or unreadable. When I went to the staff they said I had to speak to the manager who continently wasn’t there. They gave me bs advice and sent me off. I will NEVER come back to that god forsaken store.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review in my life, until now. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost - horrible service, lost prescription…
