This place has gone downhill BIG TIME. The guy who works there NEVER puts anything on the heated food section and has tried short changing me. Lazy scammer basically.

Might as well be cash only. Their card reader never works.

Staff tried to charge me almost double the posted price for my item and had an attitude when I pointed this out, as if it was my fault. Still not open 24 hours and they apparently just post signs (hour and price) for fun. Check your receipts. EDIT: Yes this correct 7-11 and if you check your own website reviews, you can see a history of these particular owners not honoring posted prices/specials in past reviews.

Not open 24 hrs, always have the doors chained or locked after 9 or 10pm, when it's not closed it's a nice store.

Came here for some snacks to munch on while I binge-watched "90 Day Fiancé" with my sister and brother-in-law haha. I love 7-Eleven junk food, it's perfect to pig out. I got some of their self-serve nachos, a couple of their taquitos and a big gulp pepsi. Their slurpee machine wasn't ready or it wasn't working. I also grabbed a couple lotto tickets on my way out. The guy working there was helpful. Overall, not bad.

Do you want someone who's there for you 24/7? Hello, 7-Eleven. The Alamo location is located in a little shopping center that includes Rotten Robbies and the laundromat off of the Sycamore Valley exit, making it an easy stop if you're getting gas or doing some laundry. There's parking for a few cars up front. This location has pretty much everything you'd expect from a convenience store: snacks, drinks, lotto tickets. We picked up some jalapeño cream cheese and Monterey chicken taquitos last night, which were pretty good. My husband also got popcorn chicken on a skewer and a corn dog. The service was cordial and the place itself was clean enough for a typical convenience store. Im The only drawback is that the Slurpee machines were out of order. Based on some of the other reviews here, it sounds like this isn't the first time.

Disgusting!Kids everywhere without masks and the cashier is often without a mask. 0 reason to shop here...especially given the broken slurpee machine.

Unpleasant experience each time I've come to this 7-11. If you are a poc (person of color) or black please just avoid doing any business here. The unwanted staring, following around, & general rudeness from the employees is shocking. They are bold. However, there is a gas station across from here that is actually pretty decent. I'd opt for that instead.

Apparently they’re not open 24 hours ?? The lights are on but the doors are chained closed on the inside .... very frustrating ! It’s 3:33 am and I need a slurpee ?
