Walgreen took an hour away from my life today, I wonder what'd they take from you tomorrow? lol - Spend an hour to buy a nicotine patch. At first, supervisor refused to match pricing with Walgreen.com So I returned the patch I just bought second ago and placed an online pick up order before I received my refund recipes. Then the man had me stand in front of his store for 30 mins to just to fulfill two nicotine patch order. And those bad boys are just behind the counter. - Oh, I also forgot to say the first Walgreens I went today literally decided to close 10 mins early for whatever reason. I guess I was lucky that I only needed my patch. Abominable service, banefully employee and manager training.

5 stars for Jaymar at the pharmacy counter. I've had less than acceptable service at this same pharmacy from a female who I won't name (8 days ago). She wasted my time, gas money to come back, and sent me on an unnecessary wild goose chase. Returned this evening, and Jaymar said he thought he could handle it right there, and...get this...he did. I recommend you call before you come and make sure Jaymar is on duty. He's professional, warm, and actually cares about people.

So just to clarify. Walgreens main store, even tho check out can be slow is not the reason for a 1 star. Overall they are probably a 3-4 star location. THIS REVIEW IS FOR INGA. The female pharmacist in the back with a power complex. I am going into surgery in 2 days, I had a minor operation today and my Doctor from UCSF sent in a pain prescription. The pharmacist saw my prescription and took it upon herself to tell me "how I should be taking my medication" despite the intensive conversations I just had with my doctor today. So after some back and forth in the drive thru window I got my head nurse from UCSF to call them and fix it. She called me back and apologized because she also has not dealt with a lady such as INGA. Idk what her issue is. She was refusing to give me my medication until tomorrow. Its 4pm. I dont understand how waiting less than 24 hours to get the same pills turned her panties into a bunch but here we are. There was a nice gentlemen in the window who gave me her name and was not looking to power trip my doctor. I hope Inga is fired. I have been coming here for 2 years and never had an issue at the pharmacy until today. I am in intense pain and she took it upon herself to see that I had an Inga shaped obstacle to my relief. Inga if you read this. You need help.

The pits. Twice I had appts at the pharmacy confirmed online only to get over there and be told 1st: we don't have that vaccine we will have to order it. 2nd: Uh your insurance won't cover this RSV. Don't let them waste your time.

The pharmacy manager Peter Kim refused to fill prescriptions after surgery. When the surgeons assistant tried multiple times to give him information that he requested. He used disparaging comments continued to make excuses and stated "to bad your patient won't have his medicine.". The claims adjustor for the insurance called and he continued to put her on hold for over 30 minutes. He once again was rude and spoke down to the adjustor, She gave him all the info and continued to refuse filling the prescription. A complaint to the manager of the store was made. Suddenly my prescription was filled. This was a purposeful act. Do not use this pharmacy.

First time here at this locationParking is easy to find, located inside Webster Square.Store is well stocked and the aisles are clean I noticed that many items are "locked up" to prevent stealing more so than most other Walgreens..... and it is off putting for me to even attempt to purchase one of those items since it takes a while for an employee to unlock the item..Cashier was friendly

I was on hold for over an hour when all was said and done.I called SIX other Walgreens in the area in the time these people kept me on hold.I still have no clue if they have my medication in stock so I'm driving 3 hours to pick up at a Walgreens that did answer.F these guys. Why even have a phone if you ignore it?

Just went here this evening for my COVID booster, only to realize when I got home that they didn't record any information about the brand/lot/date of my dose on my vaccination card. I spent 20 minutes trying to reach the pharmacy, including trying to call 5 separate times. In three of those cases, I was somehow connected only to hear two pharmacy employees gossiping about stuff in their personal lives, before they'd hang up on me after several seconds. Eventually I tried calling the main store number, but the woman I spoke to said the pharmacy was now closed, and that the pharmacy and the regular store are "different businesses" so she wasn't responsible, and according to her both the pharmacy manager and his other employee were already "gone" 3min after the pharmacy closed.

Mediocre in every way. They had a reasonable selection of shampoos and conditioners. But no blood pressure cuff with which to test your blood pressure.

I always get good service here on the floor and at the register. I especially get good service from the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs who work here. Special shout out to them: Thank you! However, I'm waiting longer and longer at the pharmacy inside and outside in my car at the drive through because the pharmacy is short staffed. This is a minor inconvenience for me, but must be a real hardship for elderly folks and people who are feeling sick already waiting for as long as 20-25" for thier medications. Walgreen's needs to lose a few corporate executives who add no value to the company and hire more pharmacy techs.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with nationally! The Pharmacist I spoke with was extremely unhelpful, was very unprofessional, and had zero customer service skills. He simply didn't give a F***. Needless to say I will never patronize this location again.

I'm lowering the rating to three stars. There have been several times in the past, and including this evening (March 1, 2022), that no shopping carts and baskets on wheels were available for my shopping needs. I asked an employee what happened to the carts and baskets; to which he replied there were none. What?!?Okay, I purchased what I needed, but the load was getting heavy in my hands. I told another employee I was putting the items in my tote bag and I don't want management of the store to think that I have come in to shoplift. That's not my style to do a five finger discount. My mama taught me better.When I got to the checkout stand, I had to pull everything out of the bag for scanning, only to place the items back in my bag after I have paid. Walgreen's needs to do better and have the carts and baskets available for us senior citizens to do our shopping.I thought I was going to get some vitamins. They have their vitamins locked in their cabinets. Nix it on those vitamins until another time. I am also noticing more items are under lock and key, air fresheners and Prilosec. I know why. This Walgreen's has been hit several times by shoplifters, targeting cosmetics and hair products.

This location used to be my favorite store. I'm not too sure of that anymore. Every time I come here, they're always understaffed with what seems like it's just one person working. Two employees max. When attempting to grab a few items and pay under five minutes, it will be impossible. It's only one person at the register and the line moves so slow. Their selection of products are ok. Some are reasonable while others, the stock is limited and I can never get everything that I come in for. Customer service has also gone down here. They don't greet you even if you say hi to them. When wanting to ask for help, you don't get the help right away like before. You'd have to wait. They have a private lot. Though quite limited, it's usually fairly easy to find parking.
