I think this place needs new management. The lines are always so long that you have to wait outside. No one greets you and no one apologies for long lines. Half of the staff is just sitting around.

I can only say NEVER BANK THERE. Customer service ZERO stars. 5.3.2024 Response to Wells Fargo Social Care: I strongly urge you to address these issues with the branch manager for the sake of your customers' satisfaction. Over years of banking at Wells Fargo, I can never remember I got good customer service.
