First time I went to this place last night and the service was amazing ! I called them last minute and they accommodate me to have my nails done . Thank you Vena Salon! Very recommended:) they are welcoming and polite people

But not happy at all with the service. The lady seemed like she really didn't know what she was doing. I wanted to say something that I gave her the benefit of the doubt they're going to use the professional. There seems to be a lot of these shops around here now are just quick to get you in and out don't care about the service are the products they're using. Just being real

Holly did my pedicure today, she did a great job so nice good conversation. I was a little late and she stayed after to finish and made sure I got the full experience. I got a design and she did it beautifully! Very clean and she wore her mask

My nails are amazing!!! my favorite set out of all the sets i've ever had... she was so particular and focused which is exactly what a nail tech should be. make an appointment and they will be 100% at your service.

My pedicure has lasted 3 weeks. First pedi since COVID and first time visiting this place. Mani, well, I typically get gel as I am hard on my nails but my regular mani lasted longer than the 2-3 days it usually does. I Would return.

I'm new to the area and moved here during COVID so I really hadn't seen this nail salon open before. Today, though I did see the door open and went in to ask how they are running things (appointment only, taking walk ins, etc.). The staff was very responsive and professional. The salon is clean and orderly and they are very precise and diligent anoutn I got an appointment for a pedicure and Sandy did a really good job. I'm grateful Vena salon is open!! Would definitely come here again.

They are open again! The absolute nicest ladies who always have done a beautiful job on my nails. They only allow two or three clients in at a time now due to covid and everything is very clean! They even have handmade masks for sale that I bought which are very well made.

This place was great. I was just here today and never write reviews but just felt I had to write one. They did a bang up job on my manicure - one of the best I've ever had. But where they really stood out was customer service. I needed an underarm wax as well and they weren't able to do it for me there, so they called a neighboring shop and arranged for me to go there after my mani/pedi. I really appreciated that because I was on a time crunch and not from the area. And extremely affordable!! Would definitely return if I am in the area again and in need!!

Pedi/mani. I've been meaning to post this. I Love that this shop uses bags in bowls and instruments in steralize packages. The ladies are really nice and do a good job. It's not your usual shop as it's on the quiet side unlike shops in Fruitvale District.

I already reviewed this salon but I'm doing it again because it seriously is the best!! These women are incredibly nice! They do a fantastic job on nails and make you feel very welcome. A friend of ours started a GoFundMe for his nephew who was in a horrific accident and when I told the women about it, both of them insisted on donating money! I was blown away by their generosity. I definitely won't be going to any other nail salon! I love Vena Nail salon!

I love this nail salon! They use new sanitized tools to every customer, which I care about. Other salons use the same tools & the germs freak me out. So this place was perfect. Very nice workers at this nail salon. Over time I have gotten to know them better & they are all very down to earth. Their prices are low & they do an amazing job.
