I went to my branch in Alameda today. Just want to say that the security guard was amazing! I am recovering from surgery. She made sure that I could sit down outside and inside too. I am grateful to her. She made my visit easier.The service is stellar. Thanks US Bank!!!

This bank has great hours very seldom are the arm machines down. They're friendly and wait time inside bank is less then 10 mins.
