Pleasant enough and patient with my many notarized documents. I was there for quite a while and noticed that the line for services can get long. In fact, I had to stop my project halfway and come back later because the wait made me late for another appointment .

Why on GODS GREEN EARTH would ANYONE chose this THEFT MACHINE AKA UPS , over the USPS ? What an absolute SCAM!!! STD overnight ? $106 from UPS ⁉️⁉️⁉️ it’s not a nominal amt , it’s a ridiculous upcharge .

This review is old: about 2020 dropped of a return here. Tracked it, never showed up at destination and didn't get a scan. Follow-ed up with the store - crickets. I've been using the UPS location at Blanding and Harbor Bay without issue - they may have improved since then (I hope so) but be sure to get a receipt on dropoffs.

Today I went to get a letter notarized and an employee named Kevin helped me immediately. He was so nice and helpful. Took less than 10 min in and out! Thank you Kevin for the great customer service!!

Just FYI it’s $5 to print a return label for Amazon return. Apparently each UPS sets their price for that and these guys really don’t want you to return packages? I dunno. Just walked out, errands UNrun.

I have never been treated so poorly ever in my life. I walked into this store when it was empty and was ignored by the actual manager of the store. Im standing in front of her waiting quietly until she says something and she yells at me saying that I should not place my packages on the counter. That was the first word that came out of her mouth while I was In the store for 5 minutes. She proceeded to have an attitude although I wasn't sure what I had done to her? All I wanted to do was return my packages. This has been the second time that I have seen this manager being very unprofessional.

Avoid at all costs! They were extremely rude, unhelpful and downright awful at their jobs! Came in to ship some items when it was empty. All 3 employees stood and watched as I struggled opening the door with 3 large boxes, dropping items, and not even offering to help open the door. Another customer later came and offered to help open the door while I was carrying packages back out due to them refusing to take the boxes. They wouldn't help and surprisingly didn't even offer to sell me a larger box to ship my items in since they told me it all had to be on 1 box. I would avoid at all costs!! This place deserves to close!!

I am always worried when I see the person working on their phone. She looked totally uninterested in what she was doing. Touched my phone without asking. Bad attitude when I was trying to get information to her. I wanted to reflect her behavior back to her but realized that wouldn’t be helpful. I will chock this experience up as a learning opportunity and next time will say something in a courteous way.In previous visits I have never had a problem.
