DONT NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMED!!!!
The owner or employee that always works there is rude for no reason at all. I had only went two times and I will not be going back. The first time he refused service because I didn’t have my physical ID, which is understandable. The second time I came in and I bought three packs of good times which were priced at 299 each, and he told me that my total was about $11. When I went home I later found that he charged my credit card over $40 which means that there was an extra charge of $30. When I came back a couple days later after I noticed the charge, he immediately got defensive and accuse me of buying something else. He said that I bought a vape which I told him was a lie because I do not smoke those. then pull the receipts from the day. I told him I was charged extra and quickly through them without properly, looking at any of the receipts and keeps insisting that there is no charge and I never came to the store. This man needs to be fired or removed from the plaza. DONT NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMED!!!!

I am in a wheelchair and seldom have I received the level of disrespect, deceit, and negativity as I got in this store. Don't go here.

I wanted to buy zig zags that weren’t even for me, it was for my mom and I got the zig zags bc I had to. but I can tell right off the bat/me being a manager the cashier had no customer service at all. He was rude for no reason and I needed change so I asked if can give me some. And he was like no what about my other customers like what the heck? I am a paying customer! I should be able to get change? Basically wouldn’t go there, felt disregarded as a customer going in there. And when I left he said I’m not a manager I laughed bc do I have to show some sort of proof?? anyways I 100% don’t recommend there’s more smoke shops better than this one!

Don't know if the person behind the counter was the owner or an employee. But they couldn't be more bored or just interested in taking care of a customer. He acted like I was really bothering him to look at the cigarette lighters. I won't go back there again

If you are in search for cigars, this is not the store for you. They leave the humidor in the front. Which causes long term exposure to sun light. This causes major wrapper issues as they repeatedly heat and expand in the sunlight. This happened to me once. The wrapper cracked all the way from head to foot. I called and spoke to the owner who offered me a replacement. However, the employer of the store refused to give me a new cigar. Nobody mentioned I needed to hang onto a cigar which fell apart. I showed pictures but that wasn't enough for the employee. Called to speak to owner and he was never in. Gave up and never returned. Judging by other reviews my experience was not an outlier.

This man is so rude. He gets more angry with each question and he literally told me to just hurry and decide, pushing me out, despite the fact I'm the only customer.
