Knowledgeable, personal service. The proprietor Tom can track gift certificates one has purchased, even in the following year, even if one does not any longer have the certificates in hand. As wide a selection one can expect to get in one fotbol/soccer/football gear store.

I just want to say that the staff was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, kind and not pushy. They allow you to decide what you want to purchase for yourself, but as soon as you have a question about any product they can tell you everything you need to know and things you didn't even think about. I would love for everyone to go try out the store and get the experience that I was so lucky to receive. This will be the only store that I will be shopping at for my soccer needs. My grandson was fitted with a size 3 ball, soccer shoes, socks, and even a mouth guard. He's 4 years old and we returned to pick up his uniform for the East Bay Soccer Club. Terrific service and well versed in the needs of younger soccer played. Great inventory too.

This review is long over due. My family and I have been going to soccer post for a few years now and this past year, I've frequently visited the store to make multiple purchases for my daughter's soccer team. The store always has good inventory of items we need and if not, they are always more than happy to place an order to get the items in the store as soon as possible. Our shopping experience has always been great! Tom and his staff are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service. Tom is wonderful to work with. He has great communication and follow through; may it be via phone or email. What I love is how personable he is and how passionate he is about soccer and the soccer community he and his staff support. Thank you Tom and staff!

When we asked questions, the owner had a negative response. Everyone has a bad day, but when i called yesterday he was also very unpleasant. When we went ordered and paid things were fine. hope the league considers using a friendly,,responsive and approachable supplier in the future.

Such an awesome experience here, especially with the owner, Tom. We first visited this store in March in search for a pair of soccer cleats that we were not able to find anywhere, and Soccer Post was the only store that had it, except they didn't have our size. Tom offered to order online for us and ship it directly to our house with no additional fees - he provided tracking number the same night and it arrived the next day. When we received our soccer cleats, there were some minor issues with the shoes and when we called Tom back, he immediately shipped the new ones to our house with no additional charges just like last time. He was so friendly and kind throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for your efficient and caring service, Tom!

Like many Alamedan families, they have always been there when we needed something. I coached U8 one year, and they walked me through the whole process - gear, gloves, balls and more. This is my Christmas five star for five Alameda business review.
