“GO HERE. NOT OFFICE MAX OR UPS. They have what nobody else in Alameda has-- excellent shipping materials. They will pack up any object you need to ship right there at the counter. They have packing peanuts, bubble wrap and boxes of any size, and you will save a ton of money buying mailing materials here.

Actually, neither OfficeMax nor UPS even had the size box I needed. It was just a small box for mailing a tablet.

UPS tried to sell me this expensive mailer for laptops, whereas Mail Boxes Plus just packed it up with their materials, very neatly and securely-- for way less! Go to Mail Boxes Plus to box your items, and you can mail it right there. I had a QR Code to use at the post office, but the supplies the post office has are limited and way more expensive, so I would go here first.”

“I can't thank Jay enough for his exceptional customer service today. Despite the inconvenience of driving all the way from SF only to find the store closed, Jay went above and beyond to accommodate me. He promptly opened the store and assisted me with my needs, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly made my day. I highly recommend this store, not only for its quality products but also for the outstanding service provided by Jay. Thank you again for your kindness and assistance!

“I got to this store 10min before they'd close to print a big order.
VIRI attended to me and she was super helpful. She was professional, polite, personable, and above all, COMPETENT. Despite the fact that my work and a work for another customer lasted till 8:10pm, VIRI and the other associate, NEKO, remained professionals and showed great attitude. Thank you VIRI! Thank you NEKO. These two deserve a promotion. Associates like these keep us coming back. Other than that, what would an empty store be of any use void of this kind of spirit?!!!”

“I go there a lot lately because I have a lot of amazon returns. Employees are always very helpful and there are 2 ppl working there all the time so the wait is not too bad even when there is a line.”

“This is a hidden gem, which includes a parking lot. Wish I knew that before I found street parking, but they only had a tiny parking lot for 2 automobiles. Still good to know for the future reference. I came right before lunch and got lucky that only 1 customer was in line. The employee was nice enough to guide me on which form to fill out, because I was sending stuff to Switzerland. She helped me pick the best price for me, and process was quick.”

“Good little community post office with lots of PO Boxes. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait in line here. I do frequently come with all my postage purchased online, so I just drop off 90% of the time. I do often purchase stamps at the counter, staff are always very friendly and take time to show me the seasonal stamps and cute special editions. I send a lot of snail mail for fun. It’s one of the least busy, and friendliest post offices in the entire east bay.”

“I don't come here often, but it's quick and efficient and the young lady behind the counter was very helpful. I am interested in the shredding services. They have here though.”
