My dash had the low tire pressure icon, and since I had an older model car I couldn't tell which one it was. None of the nearby gas stations had a pressure gauge, so I took my car here and Craig was very friendly and professional! He pumped air free of charge into all the tires, inspected them briefly, and said if there's any issues to come right on back. Turns out there weren't any additional issues after that, but if it comes up I'm definitely coming here. Craig felt like family! Thanks for taking care of my car.

Great, quick and efficient service for my tire. Came in without an appointment and they gladly checked the issue with my tire which turned out to be a screw that got stuck and caused the low pressure. It took less than 10 mins from one of the mechanics to inspect it to putting the repaired tire back. Great value for money as well. Would definitely recommend them!

I was in a pinch and Royal Auto Repair mounted a tire for me really quickly. While waiting I witnessed them demonstrate a saintly level of patience and understanding with another customer. They are genuine and it shows. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends here on the island.

We drive here on vacation from Utah and had our water pump go out. Stuck with no transportation, far from home with my family, Craig and his team took our van, and had it ready the next day running good as new! It even came in cheaper than expected, which was already very good! Thanks so much for saving our family vacation!!!

Incredible, quick and honest.I have a family member who has been driving a diesel VW for the past five years. They took my Jeep Cherokee for a day and accidently filled it up completely with diesel. Not wanting to cause any damage I had the vehicle towed to the ONLY place that answered the phone AND was willing to take on the job of dropping and emptying 14 gallons of diesel. No joke, the one other shop in Alameda that did answer didn't even want the job...too difficult.Jeep was dropped off on a Friday right at the 5 o'clock closing time and I had my jeep back running perfect Monday morning. Everyone that I spoke with was respectful, honest and transparent with work that would be done and the repair estimate was spot on!If you need work done save your self the time and go here for quick and honest service!Service: Engine repair

Excellent Experience! I called to set up an appointment to get my tires replaced and realigned and was given an appointment the very next day to come in. They were able to quickly order me tires and realign the wheels. They also took a look at a misfire my engine was having and were able to diagnose it! Thank you for the fast and knowledgable service!

These guys are absolutely the best. Went to take my nieces car fairly late or an hour before they closed on a Saturday. They not only fixed what I asked for and performed a few other things. They are well priced, don't oversell and do quality work!

I was given the ROYAL runaround for weeks on end when a simple, "No sir, we cannot service your vehicle here" would have sufficed. I'm still scratching my head over this one because I still cannot fathom how (on God's earth) someone could treat a customer this way, let alone think this is a way to run a business, given the preponderance of customers out there who can easily see behind stock facades and tell when a dude is B-S-ing. Given how long this shop has been in business, I must conclude that this is a, by now, acceptable way-and-cost of doing business. Oh well ......
