Today (4/16/24) woke up covered in flea bites. The manager refused to comp the room because "i waited until the morning to tell him there were fleas".
He was extremely rude.
I was exhausted and it was 10pm. I fell asleep right away and didn't notice
This morning I had flea bites all over my legs, chest and neck . Then I saw the floor was covered in flea feces.
Manager told me to "get the F out of here"
So, I called the Alameda Health Department and they are going to inspect the rooms today.
Absolutely awful and I will get my money back one way or another.
My clothes and bags had fleas on them and so they also got into my car. I had to wash everything and have my car interior detailed.

They don't clean their rooms. Bedsheets, towels, and the shower were spotted with hair. And the towels were hard and dry as if they just rinsed it off in the sink and hung it up. Roaches come out at night in the bathroom, and their micro-fridge is very loud. When asking for new towels, the general tone from the innkeeper is that he didn't care. If we could check out and get a refund a day early- we would. Rather sleep in a car than here.

Upsides: Inexpensive. Easy access/parking/Peets, Walgreens, gas & Food within a block.Great water pressure and comfortable mattress. Good air con/heaterDownsides: kinda gross room. Nasty carpet. Old nasty microwave.Not a very nice place inside or out, but cheaper than the rest.*Pro Tip: Bring your own sheets, pillows and slippers. Don't look to closely for the "gross" cuz it's there.

The place is awful the room was not clean and the reception is a nightmare.Hygiene is zero and the people are not professional.The bed sheets had blood and the towels were cut off.The smell all over the place was unbearable.It was cheap but the quality less than the money.Not recommending it at all you can pay a few more and get better quality.

I love this place!The staff and team are kind and helpful.Close to anything you need, walking distance.Rooms are clean and updated.Microwave, fridge, etc.Rooms: Super clean. Great staff of people who are very helpful. I chose this place every time I travel to this area.

THIEVES!!!! If your stuff isn't stolen it would be a miracle. From staff to management, to the people staying and encircling this roach motel, thieves all. Even if you're desperate for a spot, look elsewhere. Ignorant backwards people run this place and you will be sorry!!

Wouldn't choose it normally.Its location to relatives is about the only advantage. Pricing is okish, would prefer a bit cheaper.

Decide to give this a try since a few of my friends lived here many years ago, but man this was a bad decision.People were loud at midnight and smoking weed... They were speaking spanish - middle/old age couple.Indian lady rep was mad rude. The room was broken last week and you still haven't gotten it fixed... Got mad when we asked for another room because they gave us a really ugly one after we can't get in our room, as the door was broken.A lot of people keep banging your door at 11 am after the check out time but we checked in soo late due to their fault of broken door and switching rooms...Bed sheets seem kind of dirtyNever coming back unless free...

The mom or the older woman , is rude and bad customer serviceThe older man is seemingly rude and impatientI've been here over 6 times and they're consistent with that personality..The daughters or younger ladies are amazing , especially the oldest, she was so informative kind helpful and professional- she's the only one that's ever told me that you can't park along the fence overnight .../,The younger girl is the best customer service. Very pleasant when she checks me in , very professional ??Rooms: NeglectedEfficient bare minimum , they really try to clean it but .. who knows how well they really doNearby activities: Restaurant in the parking lot I never been in there.. but it's always busy.2 gas station across the street..a CVS &a shopping center (I never been in..) and there's In-N-Out nearby
