My charger port was no longer working so I sent inquiries to a number of repair shops in the area through yelp. Louis was prompt and knowledgeable in his reply, while also offering the best competitive price. I came in and he was very friendly and communicative, making what I thought would be an annoying charger port replacement into a quick and easy cleaning. He was so kind, honest, helpful — this business has all good qualities in a solid local spot! I’d recommend Louis over and over again

The battery on my iPhone completely died. Left my phone with Louis, walked out to buy a lottery ticket and when I came back he was already done. Just super fast and my phone was working again.

Came in for charger port repair on my phone, and luckily it just needed to be cleaned - either way LW was really nice and informative and he let me know that it was time to replace my phone battery as well, which I never would've known to look for! Highly recommended

Louis at Quick Communications analyzed my iPhone for FREE, gave me three screws, spent 20 minutes of his time on me, just to tell me my iPhone was running fine. (I dropped it in salt water). He even refused to take a tip for helping me! A very honest shop!

My iPhone 14 pro suddenly froze on the lock screen and wouldn't open or restart. I found Quick Communications with great reviews and sent them a text about my issue. Louis responded right away and said they are by appointment but asked me some follow up questions. He helped me solve the issue in 5 minutes without needing to come in for a repair. Quick communications was definitely quick and I really appreciate their excellent service! Highly recommend!!
