Don’t sell your shoes here. Aside from the most condescending customer service I’ve seen, every time I bring shoes here they offer the most insulting lowball. Most places will give payout or at least close to payout but these guys always come in like 30% under so they can “sell on stockx” if the shoes don’t move. Probably the worst consignment store in the Bay Area. Take your business to airloom deluxe for a fair price. These guys will be out of business soon.

I've had over 7 different purchases and transactions all through seeing on Instagram. All shipped without seeing the shoes. Never a single issue. Used Shoes come in great condition.

tried buying over instagram twice. both times charged me, ended up selling shoe to someone else and didn’t refund me and didn’t let me know they were sold to someone else. when i called about the issue they said they would get back to me in two days and failed to do so. i had to call 2 different times to get my refund back which was $170. would not recommend.

Shelves are practically empty. Pictures online are misleading and there is no where near as much inventory as displayed. Do not recommend.

Great experience. Have bought shoes twice from here. Great deals, easy process. Had shipping issues with wrong adress and they got it done for me with no extra issues. Best in the bay.

The guys will LOW BALL the hell out of you, when trying to buy your shoes. They'll say things like "yeah, people thought these were gonna resell like crazy. But the market is low right now"...then after lowballing you, they resell for a price way more than what they said they would, just so you could agree to be payed so little. The Hoffmania510_prstg (IG handle) is a real POS. Terrible customer service. Doesn't treat every customer the same or fairly. If you tryna make money, re-sell your own s**** Don't go to these guys. Also, last time I checked out the store, they literally didn't have shoes on display. This place is hella weak.

Dae was great. Up front and honest about shoes. Gave me fair deal with shoes that I eventually sold and upped price on shoes he "didn't" want to buy from me originally so that my daughter was able to trade for a pair of yeezys. Will be back definitely!!!

Don’t come here, this place is a waste of time and money. If I lookup PRSTG in the dictionary, LOWBALLERS better pop up. LYING about shoe prices on apps to FINESSE the seller lol like I can’t see prices on my phone….wish I could give 0 stars

I don’t understand why I can’t get a quote for a DS shoe over the phone. I’d understand if they were used and they would like to assess the condition in person but they are deadstock! Sure you’d like to verify authenticity but just ASSUME they are an authentic DS pair (WHICH THEY ARE) and give me a number! Gas is almost $7 a gallon, I’m not wasting my time and money just to drive all the way over there for a quote. Annoying business tactic.
