I called with concern about my dog and the lady on the phone was not trying to help and clearly had an attitude throughout the whole call which really doesn’t make me want to shop there anymore .

This place is an absolute dump, pee stains everywhere. Customer service is non existent at this location, no one on the floor to help a customer I only saw the poor cashier who had no clue where her team was.

Store was not clean. There was dog poop on the floor and I stepped in it while I was shopping.

Our friend took their dog there for grooming. The groomer severely cut the dog and it had to be taken to an emergency vet to the tune of $750 - $1000. While Petco paid the bill the damage to the poor dog was traumatizing.

The old lady cashier who works in this branch is very rude and disrespectful. I was there on Saturday, April 20th, and the check-out was very busy. It took about ten minutes for each customer, and only this old woman was at the check-out. I asked her to call another cashier to help the people and she behaved very badly and said that it is what it is. I decided to never step foot in this store and did not buy. Why should I spend my money where the customer has no value?!
