I needed a rear brake light replaced and they had them in stock. Tristan was very helpful and was so kind to install it for me. It took a little bit of work because the bolts are getting old and the burnt out brake light was a little fried. Tristan did it excellent job.

A staff member named Alexander was so helpful. Others employees are always friendly and welcome customers. Not crowded so it's quick in and out. Sometimes employees are talking too much to one another and not giving attention to customers but I guess if you know what you're looking for it doesn't matter.

Went in today with my car battery causing concern. Luis checked the battery and showed me on the tester that it needed replacing. He was helpful in every way. This is my go to O'Reilly location. Consumer service has always been excellent!

A very well stocked auto parts store! Lately, the auto parts stores I've been going into have very scattered shelves, which I understand due to the supply chain issues, but when I came in here, they had everything!! Located in the Park Street Landing Shopping Center, right next to the Park Street Bridge in Alameda, the shelves were completely full! I came here for some car wash supplies and other items, they had everything that I needed. Good auto parts store!!

I wanted to take the time to personally thank TK for his outstanding customer service. He helped me a few weeks ago when I was purchasing a new headlight bulb. Unfortunately I had an issue with the light. TK, not all assisted me with a replacement, but was also very kind enough to assist me with inserting the new lightbulb.this location is very convenient, and has very helpful staff.
