I went to this place during their posted hours online (12-5pm). They were closed. Tried calling the them and “Rick” said to leave a message for them. Left several messages telling them I was at their store and wanting to purchase a book. No callback or message despite my leaving my number and asking them to contact me. 2 days later (Monday) I once again called them during their posted business hours and no one picked up. Sent them a text to both of their listed numbers stating that I would drive an hour to their store - once again - to purchase a book they have listed online. No response whatsoever. This place is not a book store. This place is a repository for books that you can order online. They have obviously determined that selling books online is the easy way out and they have zero interest in being a book store. I recommend anyone reading this review buy their books online from a shop that actually cares about their profession and their clientele vice purchasing from this shop who has gotten lazy to the point that they feel customer service is no longer a priority.

My order from My Book Heaven arrived yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Not only was the book's condition exactly as advertised, but the care with which they packaged it was exceptional. I'll look to My Book Heaven first for future used book purchases.
