LOVE this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable as well as courteous. Always willing to help resolve any problems. Plus the delivery service is excellent. I no longer need to stress about how to get my meds. And yes, the gentleman who delivers does not speak English. So what? He understands English quite well and is always willing to throw my meds over my fence if I’m not available. Plus he’s a nice guy, even if a little shy.

Midtown is amazing! I am a RN at a local healthcare organization where I help patients manage their medications. I deal a lot with pharmacies and Midtown is the best in the East Bay! The have great customer service when there are issues, they are easy to get in touch with, they do delivery, and they even will make bubble packs of medications that organize pills into AM/afternoon/PM packages so it's easy for folks to stay on top of their medications. I would *highly* recommend them!

This was the most disrespectful,rude,uncomfortable interaction! I called to get a ETA on my medication delivery and the pharmacist was extremely rude I politely asked to talk to the supervisor. She said ok and when Wayne got on the phone he yelled at me interrupted me in an aggressive threatening manner! I genuinely hope no one had to go through this ever! I’m filling a complaint so this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Fantastic pharmacy. Wayne is not only a great pharmacist but the man the heart. Treated my elderly parents with respect. The delivery service has been the life saver. Thanks you for the great service!

Im surprised when i find out about this. I was anxious regarding problemspi have with cvs' wait time, order and confusion. Guess what..the best pharmacy and I have been with them for a year. They deliver. They deliver when meds are due. They even do but bubble pack. Staff are very excited to explain. I feel very respected and they take care of my need. I feel bad for CVS customers. I left and will never go back.
