Had to buy a new phone as I had 33 viruses and been hacked I'm sure a few times. But Metro on Webster Street in Alameda takes care of me. I get good deals and love their Motorola Android Moto 5 is good

This location says on the window and on the voicemail that it is open on Sundays from 11am-5pm but yet when you arrive to this location it's closed .If you're not going to be open Please change your voice mail and hours and say close on Sunday's, to not confuse other potential clients.

The female that works here is the laziest. If you call, she will tell you that you have to come in and when you get there she acts like she can't remember the conversation. This has happened multiple times. This location is horrible as far as customer service. Keep your money and go somewhere else!!

I'm here on Sunday at 11:30am and no one is here. This is not the first time this has happened. Don't waste your time. Also, they aren't super friendly unless you're there to buy an expensive phone.
