This is about chemical peel and their no knowledge in skin at all. First i worked with many great esteticians and i chose this place because it was closer to my sister and she got chemical peel. First peel was ok and 2nd peel the estetician named Danielle burned her skin. So we came back thinking they will help us to fix. And she immeditially started to blame us ( products we using caused that which is no way i know what im using), and then they started to say its your old scar even thiugh we saying its not ( keep blaming us). She was so arrogant and no knowledge at all. Dont come here for facial and any peel guys. Manager called i thought she will be better but no difference she basically said dint come here i dont need to see the skin. So this place is really bad customer service, bad estetician no knowledge. I will go until the end because they did wrong thing and blaming us. I went there hoping maybe they can gux ut their mistake. Funny thing is estetician Danielle called her manager and came back with answer saying its ur old scar. So when the manager called me i asked r u estetician do u know anything she said i dunno anything im just manager. This is just funny she asked person have no knowledge in skin and blaming us. This place is really bad. If u care about ur skin do not come here

I reached 10:02 for my 10am appointment. They first made me do a lot of writing, then offered to do a 40 minutes service when it was paid for 60minutes 175$+tax+tips. I tried to discuss it as I found it unfair for such an expensive service. Then they refused any service and refused to cash out my gift card

I have a monthly subscription to get massages here and I'm happy I signed up. It is well worth it. I highly recommend their services.

I would have booked but your receptionist Carris, had a really poor attitude. She used words like "like I said" before turning me down for a booking because it was not 90 minutes. I felt forced to pay for a service I clearly did not want. Not very professional and It makes me think that if the receptionist is this way, the rest of the service would be poor too. Best to you.

MARIO IS AWESOME !!! After a long hiatus, I returned to Massage Envy today. I received an outstanding 90 minute massage from Mario, who focused on the areas that I told him needed attention, and gave me the heavy pressure I craved. (He also checked in regularly, to make sure I was perfectly comfortable at all times.). In addition to his professional. skills, he is also very personable, and will converse warmly with you if you wish. I urge you to give Mario a try. He is excellent!

Beware! Poor service and communication. They didn't provide services during COVID 19 but continued to bill me after I canceled. They have also refused to return my payments, though I have an email confirmation of the cancellation. Asked to speak to owner on May 26,2021 still waiting to hear July 6, 2021.
