Brought in a 50 year old Sierra Designs jacket that was dirty. Staff said they would do what they could but "no guarantees." My expectations were that the jacket would at least be sanitary, but when I picked it up it looked great--all the soil and stains were removed. I am very happy to have the jacket back and wearable.

Service was pleasant and quick. Dropped off suit and it was ready a day early. People are very friendly.
They use text to communicate which is very handy. ?

Very quick, friendly staff. Get it in by noon, and they can have it done same day. My 9x9 quilt cost around $47 to have cleaned, and they packed it up nicely in a zippered plastic tote. All the noticeably dirty spots are clean, and smells fresh. Got a text when it was ready and chose to pick it up in person, but they also apparently offer delivery. I’ve never had anything dry cleaned before for comparison, but I’d rate this as a pleasant and painless experience.

I will NOT be returning to your business, I’ve given your location far too many opportunities over the years to correct your lack of service and more importantly BILLING.
I no longer have the time or patience to correct your revolving door of staff members on the simplest of things and I honestly feel that your establishment is geared towards ripping its customers off by not providing accurate invoices.
After 4 years of trial and your error with service and BILLING, I find it sneaky and incredibly off putting.
PSA: Ask for a detailed receipt ( as opposed to the vague receipt they provide ) before leaving with your precious clothing with their mediocre dry cleaning.
Martinizing Dry Cleaning should also ask itself why they have such a ridiculously high employee turnover rate.
Lastly, these “high reviews”, do not add up!

Nice and friendly staff. The main store front is very clean. They provided a very quick turnaround. I dropped off my suit on Sunday morning, and was told that it will be ready by Tuesday. I received a text from them on Monday, letting me know it was ready for pickup.
